I have plantar fasciitis, and these have become one of my favorite insoles for keeping my feet comfortable when I'm on them all day.I regularly walk 15,000–20,000+ steps a day at work, so my shoes and insoles get a lot more wear than they probably would for the average person. These give me firm arch support without feeling painfully aggressive, and they make standing and walking for long periods much more tolerable for my feet.With that amount of constant use, I usually get around three months out of a pair before I start noticing my feet hurting again and realize the insoles have probably reached the end of their useful life. Considering how many miles I put on them during that time, I've been very happy with how well they hold up.One thing I would recommend is having supportive insoles in more than one pair of shoes rather than moving the same pair back and forth constantly. Rotating between shoes and insoles helps spread out the wear, and I've found it also gives the cushioning some time to recover between uses.The cushioning on these isn't excessively soft or squishy. It feels supportive, which is what I personally need with plantar fasciitis. They also fit well in my shoes without making everything feel overly cramped.Everyone's feet are different, but these have worked extremely well for me. If you're someone who spends a lot of time walking or standing and needs good arch support, they're absolutely worth trying.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ All My Foot Issues Corrected With These Amazing Inserts!

Finally found the right inserts for my foot issues! I have multiple foot problems. Metarsal pain in my right foot after surgery 15 years ago and a bunion on my left foot that I'm trying to avoid surgery on, as well as I have overpronation of my left foot. I bought new Vionic walkers a couple months ago but the inserts were already wearing down and I started having pain. Usually I need an insert with a metarsal bump on it for my right foot but with these inserts I don't need it and walking comfortably with no pain! This is the first time I have bought one type of insert for both feet and have them work so well. Usually I have to purchase two different inserts for each foot. The overpronation on my left foot is corrected and well-supported with these inserts without feeling as if I am walking on a speed bump. I will be buying these again as soon as they start to wear out!
