Swimming Pool Jet Vacuum Cleaner with 5 Pole Sections, Swimming Pool Cleaner for Pool Spa Fountain Hot Tub

I bought this as my layzspa had been abused by the kids over the weekend and bottom of it looked like a forest footpath. I had planned to empty and refill it but that seemed a bit drastic so gave this a go... Yes it is cheap and plasticy and probably is a bit flimsy but I put it together and gave it a go. I didn't use the full length of the handle as to not add too much stress to it. Plugged in the hose pipe and turned on the water.... And guess what.... It actually works! It took about 15 mins to completely clean the dirt and debris from the hot tub. All captured in a mesh bag. You can also raise it to the surface to suck up any floating bits. I'm very happy with how well it cleaned, even picking up tiny particles of fine grit. Just be aware however it works on water flow and as such will be filling the hot tub up as you use it and cooling it down but that's well worth the trade off for a super clean floor. Very happy

If you’re looking for a cheap Paul Hoover, this is the one to buy. I wasn’t disappointed despite the fact that the handle with Finn and did snap off but I did manage to duck tape it and it still works. I have a robot hoover which picks up the bigger particles, but this, despite having not great suction actually did work, and I was pleasantly surprised at how well it worked for the price. You can’t really go wrong, even if I had to replace it next year, but I’m surprised that it is still working and it worked as well as it did so well together. If you’re looking for a cheap Paul Hoover, then this is the one to buy

For anyone that has a hot tub definitely get this it's cheap and works amazing I was so impressed thinking it would be just so so but really does what it's ment for really happy no more bits on hot tub floor easy to set up and use

I was intrigued to see how this worked. You attach it to a hose. The device squirts the water up through the cotton bag and so creates a current that sweeps up leaves etc on the base of your pool or hot tub. It works well and the bag is a reasonable size so picking up leaves in the pool is quite easy. However the handle is only about 2 metres long. I adapted the device with gaffer tape and was able to attach a longer pole which meant we could sweep the pool from the sides. Our first cleaner worked best if you got in the pool, so I wanted one that worked from the edge. With the adaption this one worked well.

This doesn’t work, Rubbish.

If you are expecting a hoover style suction then yes you will be disappointed, however if you understand it’s the water moving through the “hoover head” that causes the debris to be picked up and captured in the bag you will find it works as advertised. The pressure of the hose is what creates the “suction”. Those who say it doesn’t work clearly aren’t using it right.Yes there are no instructions but it’s quite clear from the pictures how it goes together. My 7 year old could even work it out.Once connected I turned the pressure up on the hose and slowly moved it across the bottom of the pool and it efficiently removed all the debris, even the fine sand that the kids had put in there, with very little effort.Yes the pole could be a little stronger but as long as you’re not treating it rough you should be fine.For the price and the fact it left the pool clean I’m more than happy with this product.I would say to perhaps remove the word Vacuum from the description to prevent negative reviews from people who don’t understand how the product is supposed to work.

I have a ten foot frame pool that is used all the time and could not be without this pool cleaner now. Easy to put together, it works by attaching a hose and causing suction. It doesn’t just suck up grass and bugs it also sucks up the dirt that gathers on the bottom! Brilliant bit of kit
