Lovely coat hook. Really spacious and the shelf is handy for holding baskets with Clothing brushes, Gloves, hats and umbrellas in them. Our 1st order went missing but, Amazon were helpful in refunding so we could reorder and it was well worth the wait. Assembly took about 10 minutes and approx 20 minutes to put up. Im a bit of a novice when it comes to masonry drilling but, pleasantly suprised I didn't need any extra bits and pieces. Yes, the material is cheap and cheerful but it does look incredibly smart.

Lovely looking coat hangers, was simple to put together and install. It feels sturdy, there's plenty of hangers so no complaints from me. The only thing I wasn't the biggest fan of was the colour of the shelf, I wanted a matching grey so I gave it a lick of paint and slapped on some reflective strip and it looks incredible. Amazon is suggesting I talk about the weight so I guess it's fine? I mean it's drilled into a wall but I guess it was light to carry whilst I made the measurements

I only a gave it a 4 star as some of the trim is peeling off. Hopefully when I get some glue it will sort this issue. Easy enough to assemble and I did it by myself... I did have to improvise a little but it worked... Happy with the product, very sturdy and hopefully when I get someone to fix it to the wall it will look amazing....

Easy to install

Looking to replace a simple coat rack in our entrance stairway with one with with a shelf to display a plant or the like, and thought this one fitted the bill nicely. When assembled it does feel solid enough and the combination of the grey and the oak shelf goes great with our newly decorated stairway. There's a potential problem however, and that's the tiny wee screws that are used to attach the seven equally lightweight double coat hooks to the MDF backboard. They are 11mm long meaning that when used to attach the coat hooks the fixing into the MDF is only 5 or 6 mms and it would be hard to imagine that the coat hooks would remain attached with even light usage, since MDF doesn't grip fixings as well as natural wood. In fairness the selection of the fixings is limited by the thickness of the MDF backboard and in all honesty I would have been inclined to have returned the item for a refund. However, I was lucky enough to be able to re-use the hooks from the old coat rack which were fixed by a small threaded bolt from the rear, meaning that the hooks are much more robust. Something the manufacturer might consider spending a few pounds on perhaps ??
