LOCKHART'S Hand Crafted Cinnamon Sandalwood Goon Grease Hair Pomade Heavy Hold 3.4 oz

Cameron A on YouTube said this was his go-to pomade if he had to bring any of the ones he's tried in the past to a desert island. That made me want to try it. I had no idea what "sandalwood" was, but I decided to buy this anyway, especially after reading that it supposedly washed out easy, despite it being a heavy pomade. Let me start off by saying the scent is AMAZING. It makes me just want to literally take a big scoop out of it and eat it. It breaks down in between your palms really easy & applies to the hair pretty easily with very little pulling/tugging. I left it in a few days, only reapplying a little scoop once. I used Aussie 3 Minute Miracle, as directed by many YouTube greasers, to aid in washing it out. I had to shampoo 3 times and I felt like some was still in my hair, but today, I feel like about 95% of it's out, as some always rubs off on your pillow as you sleep. I would buy this again. I'm looking forward to trying Lockhart's "Fire and Brimstone" scent sometime soon when they release it for the Fall season.

I love all of their products. I have very straight Asian hair that I like to have pulled back and most water based products don't hold. Lockhart wax pomades have always been the best for my hair type and style and is easy to apply. The different scents they create are great to rotate through the year to help keep things fresh

The scent is not overpowering or lingering, but my wife can still smell it once in a while throughout the day. It’s not super easy to spread in dry hair... but it SHOULDN'T be for this kind of playable hold. It’s doesn’t dry, per say. It’s still pliable but a REALLY strong hold.

This stuff will hold your hair however you want it to, but the downside is it’s hard to get out, like very hard. I washed my hair 3 times and I can still feel it there a little bit, but also smell it. Another thing that I didn’t like so much was the smell. It’s alright but not what I was expecting.

Smells nice, holds well, washes out easily. Goon grease is the only pomade I use. On my 5th can.

Normally I am a big fan of this brand. Has a natural hold while not stiffening the hair. However, my most recent purchase had clear fingerprints and two stray hairs in it fresh out of the packaging.
