Lithium Orotate 10mg (3 Bottles), 180 Vegetarian Capsules

I am being treated for late disseminated neuronborreliosis (Lyme disease that has spread and infected my brain) and began experiencing the worst depression of my life - it was actually WORSE than depression, the only way to truly describe it is "anhedonia," I didn't want to to ANYTHING, despite having the energy and motivation to do SOMETHING.. the thought of even my favorite activities was almost repulsing! It was very strange and VERY uncomfortable. I did some research and found out that a lack of a certain neurotransmitter in the brain causes this, and lithium orotate supplements were beneficial in treating it, so I quickly ordered a bottle on Prime! I would have paid ten times what I did to feel better, but the price for Weyland's product is quite good. Their product arrived quickly and is definitely pharmacetical-grade: after over 10 years as a compounding pharmacy technician, I have seen some supplements with little or NO quality control... this is not one of them. Each capsule was equally full, there was no powder loose inside the bottle or on the capsules, and the gel caps have no taste at all! After one month of these, I can definitely say they have made a huge difference in my mood and outlook, even with extremely powerful IV antibiotics running around in my body. I can tell a difference in myself on the days I don't take them, so I try to remember to every night. I began taking two caps twice a day, morning and bedtime, because my mood was so strong. As it eased, in a few days I began just taking the two at bedtime, and the beneficial effects were maintained. I have not noticed any side effects while taking this supplement. Please note that this is NOT the same thing as the PRESCRIPTION DRUG Lithium Carbonate; the words on the end refer to different 'salts' of the molecule and are completely separate substances. If you are prescribed Lithium Carbonate and take this supplement, you will NOT experience the relief your doctor intended. Vice versa, this is NOT an anti-psychotic class drug, and will not produce the same effects (or side effects) as prescription Lithium Carbonate. It has been about 4 months since I started this product, and in the bustle of everything going on, I had forgotten to order a bottle in well over a month. Today I received a padded mailer with a bottle of Lithium Orotate inside, along with a UPS label and a tiny card. This is my second bottle of Lithium Orotate. The first was 5mg elemental Lithium per cap. It’s been about 4 months of almost daily use. There were certain times I felt the need to double dose both to 10mg and 20mg because I felt really down and out. Other times I doubled doses just cause. Before I ever bought Lithium Orotate, I used to feel heavily depressed. Down on life. Sad. Living without feeling joy or sustaining any positivity. I’ve felt like that for about 2 to 3 months and it was a literal physical pain. I always used to hear about people feeling heavy hearted but I thought of it as just something to be said. Some of you might know what I’m talking about, it’s not just an old expression, it’s literally a heavy slow throbbing pain in your chest that you feel at he bottom of your heart. If you’ve ever read and learnt about more esoteric topics, that would be something like a wound to your energy body. I was going through some things that just brought me to lows that I’ve never had before. I have LO a shot. After the first 2 days, there was almost an immidiate noticeable effect, the heavy chest and mind full of negativity was just put aside. It was like 2 things happening at once, my emotions were regulated and my mind found something else to think about l. I wasn’t dwelling on pain. The pain was still existing, but I didn’t think about it as much or wallowed in it. It was like “meh, what can I do.... anyway what about the game, what’s the score”. After about 3 weeks, I could say that I had been very close to overcoming my depression. My default mode was no longer a dark cloud over my head and an anchor chained to the heart. I felt normal. I kept on using it till it finished and I got a higher dosage. In my personal experience, LO can be a great tool to try to help you overcome your depression and sadness. Some people call it “happy pills”, I disagree. I think of them more as pills to help you get back to your own self. Also, I’ve found them to be very useful to help with migraines and headaches.

I write in terms of my experience only. I hope my review helps one person who may be struggling. My background includes PTSD, chronic anxiety, depression. Having tried other prescription meds with little success, I tried organic lithium orotate - 20mg daily. I felt a shift away from anxiety after two days and within a few days after that, I felt better, happier, sharper, and much more balanced and less prone to reacting. Additional research synthesis for those who are curious - This is NOT prescription Lithium citrate or Lithium Carbonate, the most well-known form of prescription lithium, which is usually recommended as 120mg dose,bcontains only 4mg of actual elemental Lithium, and is taken up to 3 times a day. Large doses of Lithium Carbonate (associated with conditions such as bipolar disorder and other severe mental disabilities) are known to cause severe side effects and be toxic. This product is not prescription. It is organic Lithium Orotate. A mineral. It is capable of providing elemental lithium at much lower doses - as little as only 20mg per day for example. What can I say? WOW. This has worked wonders for me and it started working on day ONE. I have ZERO alcohol cravings and have completely stopped drinking. It's like a calming, beautiful brain buzz that lasts hours for me. I'm also very focused now with whatever I'm doing. I've also noticed that time goes by faster or I need to set alarms since my sense of 'time' has diminished (maybe from the focus?). I've done some research on this and will be sticking to the low dosage as there can be negative side affects. I'm 'leveled' out in my moods which feels great. I feel chill, even, calm, optimistic, dare I say just a tiny bit stoned? Also, I've noticed my music ear worms have gone away that plagued me for years. I wouldn't dare mix this with any other drugs as it works perfectly at the 10mg dosage. I've ordered more. It's WONDERFUL.

Ok, pause, my friend. I read a LOT of reviews about this product and this specific brand. I ended up going with Weyland because of very specific reasons that people put in their reviews. Such as this brand had the least amount of side effects, such as irregular heart beats, and in general had way more positive feedback, to the point that it was sounding significantly better than other brands. And while a person shopping for this specific nutrient is probably familiar with why they are looking into buying it already so I’m not going to go into the whole “carbonate vs orotate” form of lithium, just noting that this particular brand seems to be the most effective from what I read. And now here’s my experience. I read the reviews of people “dancing with their pets”, “feeling happy”, “a total game changer”.. and as a jaded life-long depressed person I was like, bet. I’ll take this and be wanting to get out of bed, and I’ll call it a good value. What I didn’t expect was no longer wanting to unalive myself 3 days into the experiment. As in, I didn’t expect going online and buying anti-aging products and pretty jewelry and groceries I wanted to make to have fun meals because I no longer wanted to live out my life in misery. I actually started to WANT to live. On purpose. I wanted to start a few more hobbies. I wanted to get up from the bed and go out and do things. I wanted and did dance. This is unprecedented and I’ve been basically suicidal and miserable for as long as I remember. I didn’t know what happy was. This works, this is the “on” button I’ve been waiting for all my life. I no longer just go through the motions just waiting to get back into bed. It’s unfknreal. I repeat. Unfknreal. Play with the dose, watch your kidneys, it works, it works fast, and I would never leave a review like this if it didn’t pull me out of my proverbial coffin. The pills are easy to swallow, great value for the money, and the flavor is almost nonexistent! Have reordered many times! Great product and such amazing results from taking the product! I would not suggest this for anyone that doesn't High activity in their brain but if you have ADHD or if you have multi personality disorder or any mental disease that's caused from high brain inflammation I would suggest this for you I'm not a doctor and I can't legally tell you that this is good for you but I conducted an experiment and I have an emotional disorder and I'm ADHD and I have a really high active brain and I get depressed overtime and unwilling to do things because I feel so drained but I take this about once a month whenever I feel like I'm starting to feel depressed or incapable of dealing with my brain functioning and me being able to communicate with people on a daily basis and I decided to take this for those specific reasons and it works for me lithium is a physical mineral that is inside our bodies and without enough of it your brain becomes less resilient against toxic metals that build up inside it which cause inflammation. Once again I'm not a doctor and I can't legally tell you that this is what you should take but it totally works for me and when I take it I feel like I have the energy to do everyday tasks. And I've done enough research and taking it enough times to be able to make this statement and believe that it's true. It's always good to do research yourself but just remember that if you do take this because you feel like you might be lithium deficient just remember to put yourself in a sauna experience and sweat all the toxins out of your brain because it only prevents from build-up it doesn't make the buildup of toxic Metals in your brain physically go away. For the third time I'm not a doctor and you can always do research yourself and remember this is lithium orotate not lithium carbonate this is a non-toxic form of lithium that you can safely put in your body if you don't abuse it and have it do what it's supposed to instead of having consequences like 800 milligrams of lithium carbonate that doctors like to prescribe people with mental disorders. And taking too much lithium can affect your body negatively one thing I particularly know is that it affects your thyroid my sister was put on lithium carbonate about 600 milligrams of it and she was taking about two a day and after about six months of taking it she ended up having to go to the doctors and have her thyroid removed and she has to be on medication for the rest of her life because she doesn't have a thyroid anymore. If I had known about this in the past I would have told her to go to this instead.
