The girdle tummy control underwear were comfortable and helped to hold in my tummy when I wore a dress.

These are very compressing and flattering when on. Holding me in the right places. I did find it hard to pull them up and down when going to bathroom as they have metal rods that help you keep shape in them. Also not the comfiest in the back as they were tight, but gave me so much confidence in my dress.

Based on the supplier’s information, I ordered the recommended size (L). It was way too big, so ordered a M now. Seems ok, but could probably squeeze into a S. not sure this would be very comfortable to wear for hrs. I agree with some of the comments: it would look better if the “shaping part” would be going a bit lower. This would probably have the desired coverage for ladies with longer torso, not shorties like me (162cm).

I honestly bought the SKIMS equivalent of these and returned them because they were WAY too tight and instantly rolled down the minute I put them on. As a last-ditch desperate resort I bought these. Obviously a lot cheaper than Skims and a lot better and comfier! The Skims I would have had to size up 3/4 sizes to be anywhere near comfortable and not bulging out everywhere. Even then I still think they would roll down. These did cause some bulging in my back.. but honestly I wouldn't expect anything else from a pair of control pants. I wore these under high-waisted trousers - I wanted control with no underwear lines. They worked perfectly! I wouldn't wear them under a form-fitting dress because of the bulge they create in your back - but honestly for that I would shop for a completely different style of control underwear. I was dancing all night in these. They flattened my stomach without having big underwear lines! They didn't once roll down, they were comfortable and the ribbing didn't dig in which I was worried about.

Thought I’d try these as I was a bridesmaid and the dresses were fitted and I’m a little conscious of my tummy’s, now I’m not the largest of people and for me these were soo uncomfortable I ended up going home from the wedding early because they were just awful, they were that weird tightness where when you sit down they start to roll down and you could really see the outline through the dress, definitely a waste of money for me.

I found them so high they rolled down every time I bent over ( maybe too many rolls to hold in ! Good quality though and true to size

It doesn't roll down which is good, but it gave me additional bulgy back fat. Im usually a size 14/16, I got large but it was still kinda loose, it only shifted fat upwards to my back. No! My body looks way much better without it, so it isn't effective. Its a noo for me but it may be alright on someone else. Can't be bothered to return it, so will just wear it as normal underwear on a rainy day.
