Bought as a massage ball for pelvic floor issues and does the job well. Much stronger than a tennis ball.

The ball is a bit sticky and left an orange mark on the wall. However, my masseuse told me to put the ball in an old sock or stocking so that you don't have to chase round the room if you drop it, which I did and that solved both problems. It's hard/dense enough to push well into your gluts if you need to and has helped my tendinitis considerably.

All good don’t worry. Same weight as a cricket ball and a base ball, but a little smaller.

Good balls to use for training at home. Slightly softer than other lacrosse balls we own but that made them ideal for my 9 year old son to use when practicing his catching against a wall. The bright colour comes in handy when trying to find them in your neighbour’s garden too!

Surprisingly efficient as both being a ball and helping my aching muscles.
