Germany MUDROCKER Front & Rear Front Wheel & Rear Mudguard for Mountain Bikes (Bicycle Accessories Made of Impact-Resistant High-Performance Plastic, Easy Attachment, Effective Splash Guard)

I got this item today, and I was excited to put it on after work today. The instructions aren't very good as it seems to be a poor translation of German to English. If you want to see how to install this fender, watch YouTube videos instead. I tried for nearly 2 hours attempting to get the fender to fit my bike, a Jeep Rubicon AWD mountain bike. Nothing to seems to work out. I got a flash of inspiration and put the fender backwards and it was a perfect fit! it looks a little strange, but most people won't notice. I used wide and thick wire ties to fasten everything down. The installation is solid and works just fine. These SKS products are very well made and look great. I would buy from them again.

It is nice to finally have a fender that doesn't flap around while going down technical trails. The fender does not protect your lower legs or feet from mud, but it keeps the mud off your face and out of your eyes.

Don't freak out about the fit based on looks to forks. Once you look over the directions visually (language is in German sorry) it will start to make sense. After it's mounted to the upper the side mounting makes much more sense and looks good as well. I decided to use the zip ties to mount for a cleaner look and it feels like it will be more secure. May want to use higher quality later depending on the riders abilities so it doesn't break free for the more advanced rider but I believe it is a quality mud guard. My wife's bike looks nice with it as well.

I'm using this with a DVO Diamond D1 fork. The included adapter is does not have the bolt pattern for the DVO fork. But the middle bolt hole still works. The two on the side are too far apart. So the Straps on the side with the single bolt on top provide enough overall security. Running this with 27x3 nobby nics tires. No clearance issues. Rubber pad and rubber center strip means no additional noise from plastic rubbing.

Works as it should

The great thing about this fender is that it mounts securely, but you can remove it anytime you'd like. That being said, I've yet to find a situation where I feel the need to remove it. It hasn't gotten hung-up on any trees or branches while doing downhill as of yet. It gets pushed around sometimes, but snaps right back into position. Great fender!

Expensive for a piece of injection molded plastic, but I love the look and how well it works. Would buy again. Much better than the Shockblade I have on 2 other bikes.

Great fit. I haven't used in the rain yet but should keep the spray of the front wheel going into my eyes. This is the best front fender for mtb's. Another quality product from SKS. Durability is top notch.

Ich bringe das Schutzblech immer dann an, wenn das Wetter schlechter wird, und bin jedes Mal von der einfachen Handhabung beeindruckt. 3. Leistung bei Wind und Wetter Der Mudrocker bietet einen hervorragenden Spritzschutz und hält Schlamm, Wasser und Schmutz zuverlässig vom Fahrer und Fahrrad fern. Auch unter schwierigen Bedingungen bleibt das Schutzblech stabil und erfüllt seine Aufgabe tadellos. Fazit Das Schutzblech ist ein hochwertiges und funktionales Zubehör für mein Mountainbike. Es überzeugt durch seine robuste Bauweise, einfache Montage und effektiven Spritzschutz. Eine klare Empfehlung für alle, die ihr Bike bei jedem Wetter nutzen möchten.

Way over priced for only Front Mydgaurd. Title said front and rear mudguards, wasn’t. Read carefully. I opted out of returning it ,because it took forever to receive it, and needed it now. 5 stars for product, 0 stars for seller

Listing clearly says and shows front and real wheel. The box just contains the front wheel.

A high quality product which was easy to fit. I used the adaptor supplied to bolt on to stanchion plus Velcro straps onto suspension legs. Looks extremely smart and is rock solid with no vibration.
