I am so happy with these Christmas lights! They completely transformed my home into a cozy, festive wonderland. I can't believe how durable these are.We put these up for Christmas 2019, they were beautiful. We didn't take them down. We had health issues, then covid hit, so we didn't bother with them. A wind storm came up and partially blew them down. So we gathered what we could up, some still up on the house others rolled up and laid on the front porch, for 2 years! This last Christmas we decided to put lights up again. We're standing out front analyzing what to do. We thought what the heck, lets plug them in, and they worked!Our only problem is we can't find the remote 😒 🙄. So we are going to contact customer service and see if we can purchase another one, fingers crossed!

The only “con” is the range on the remote. But this isn’t really a con for me, the remote stays by the tree and I point it to the outlet when using.The pros greatly outway the con.One roll of this covered my 8ft tree with much left to spare.The dimmer is great. Can dim the lights without having to turn them off completely.I love having the option to go colored, soft white, and the mixtures are my favorite. A mixture of white and colored. There are 2 mix options - the first gives a pastel light appearance(pictured). All the lights are a soft colored. The second option has more contrast. I love this, I can have some color without it being too much.The bulbs are little but bright! Nice sleek appearance.10/10Best lights out there!

I purchased two strands of these lights to decorate the trees outside my house for Christmas. I was interested in these lights because of the number of LED lights on each strand and the ability to change the color and mode from solid, blinking and color changing. They are exactly what I was looking for and work great. I did however have an issue and had to contact their product support and my concern was immediately addressed and taken care of. There was no delay in communication which was very refreshing.I rarely leave product reviews but in this case with the superior customer support and great product I felt it is deserved. Well done Ollny! I can’t wait to put the lights out again next year.

If you need a great deal of length like I did, these are the lights for you! I used them to line our backyard fence for Christmas & they looked fantastic! I am thinking about putting them out earlier this year, so I can celebrate our MN Vikings football season, as I can change the colors to whatever I want. No problems with them whatsoever! I love them, just wish the twinkle function was more traditional looking.

These lights and company are really awesome. The first set I had looked amazing, but unfortunately stopped working after a while. Ollny was amazing, offering a 1 year warranty and completely free of charge replacement. The color options are great, and the plug has improved over time. Overall a great Christmas light set and the wireless remote makes them even better.

If you ask a question more then once they block you. They give you the same answer and then will not respond. I was direct in my questions because I was getting odd responses and unclear communication.I asked for clarification when i followed up they blocked my email address.We have purchased seven sets of these lights and have 3 free sets, and have been customers for 5 years and dedicated to their products. The control boxes KEEP going out and when you tell them they are out they at one point were good about customer service.NOW not so much. They treat you like you are being dishonest about Christmas lights. They ask you to jump through hoops even though you already gave them everything they asked for (order numbers and links). Then to top it all off when you ask them to stand behind the warranty on their website and amazon, or ask for a supervisor because you need the issue solved; they BLOCK your email address. This is absolutely the worst customer service.I was willing to work with them. We have 5 sets out because of rain and snow. All brand new. Two were free from filling out there surveys as a good customer, they will not guarantee those, FYI. Then we bought three new sets and all three sets are out the same problems as before the white boxes do not work because of weather (rain and snow).My original email had everything, I sent them all our order numbers, I sent them our address, they said they would only send one replacement set. I asked why and if they could not answer it to escalate me to a supervisor and I was blocked.I did say we were not able to resolve the issue I would leave feedback for others here. THEY WILL NOT STAND BEHIND THE WARRANTY!!!!! THEY WILL ONLY REPLACE ONE SET!!!. I do not even want the whole set just send me the replacement white boxes. That is the broken piece I have no need for all the extra lights. Beware of buying.
