National Hardware N112-102 5005 Box Rail Hangers in Zinc

I'm not sure if the description of the product is clear but it comes in packs of 2 (I ended up with 2x what I needed...but returns are easy with Amazon!). The trolleys work great with the Stanley box track. If you are doing interior doors (like I did) you'll want to make sure you are using 1-3/8" thick doors minimum but it'd be much easier with 1-3/4" thick doors. The top of the trolley is set up for a thicker door and the hole you need to drill in the top of the door for the adjustment bolt is quite close to the face of the door in a 1-3/8" thick door. I believe a thicker door would also hang more plumb. Our doors as solid alder and heavy but still hang a tiny bit out of plumb with these trolleys. After putting a door guide at the bottom on the wall though the doors slid great and stayed plumb. The doors slide nice with these trolleys but remember that these are "agricultural" products and not designed specifically for interior use. The bearings to make a little noise when they slide so if you want a silent sliding door this is NOT the setup for you. But you can't beat the price of putting together a barn door with the Stanley family of products! I'll attach a photo of the setup I just installed with these.

This wheel set is sturdy, simple to install, and adjustable both vertically and laterally to balance different door thicknesses. It comes with 3 carriage bolts to accommodate 1-3/4" doors, perhaps even 2". The largest nut goes on the bottom of the threaded rod and is supposed to grab the indentions in the plate, so that it will stay stationary when the threaded rod is rotated by its flats to adjust vertically. The smaller top nut is just a locknut to stop rotation and to secure the rod in the correct location in the top (horizontal) adjustment slot. Appears to be weatherproof, all galvanized. Rolls smoothly and quietly. I'm using it outdoors on a blacksmith shop.

I have used these trolleys and box rail on several projects they work well and are easy to install and adjust . Unfortunnatelythe delivery never made it to me this time so i am out the cost of the trolleys . When they did not come I wrongly assumed my account would be credited for the purchase . The local hardware store charges about 10 $ more but is 100% reliable so I will chose them in the future.

Supersized! Bought to hold up a sliding bookcase which is currently on casters. Sheer luck got me the box rail at a local hardware store (their standard stuff has a different shape). These slide well in the rail. And while it's not mounted quite yet, I have no doubt it will be sturdy enough and way less annoying than casters on tile. I could not find other heavy duty mounts like this at HD, OSH, DIY or other places, so yay for Amazon. Also, great price.Picture shows aprox mounting position relative to 12" deep book shelf, my hand, and a roll of Costco toilet paper. These things are big. Which is good.

the item was of very good quality and it was built strong. the only thing was that I ordered the wrong size. it was too small for the width of rail. will try to find one that fits my rail.

Used for installation of outdoor barn door. Very heavy duty, well made in USA!
