The Medium Amber Bone SS Stockman is a part of the Amber Bone SS Family. Our Amber Bone color and Peach Seed jig are signatures of the Case brand and the true heart of the Case line. The Tru-Sharp surgical steel blades ensure lasting beauty and reliable function. Stockmans pack three blades in a convenient but very practical pocket knife. This durable folding knife features our peach seed jig amber bone handle and stainless steel blades. The Clip and Sheepfoot blade sit on the pocket end while the Spey blade sits on the cap end. The Clip blade is commonly used as a multi-purpose blade and preferred for detail work. The Sheepfoot blade allows for added strength at the point making it great for carving and achieving a clean cut. The Spey blade is commonly used as an all-purpose utility blade. I opened the package when it first arrived to make sure everything was in working order- Case is well known for their high quality knives (made here in the U.S.), taking pride in their work, and it clearly shows. It's a solid knife with a nice weight to it- feels good in the hand. The surgical steel blades have a bright shine and are super sharp, with a subtle shade of amber to the bone handle. My dad absolutely loved it and couldn't have been more pleased! They're not cheap knives, but you do get what you pay for (luckily this one was on sale when I bought it!). Someday I plan to get one for myself!

It's a solid knife with a nice weight to it- feels good in the hand. The surgical steel blades have a bright shine and are super sharp, with a subtle shade of amber to the bone handle. I've carried a Case Stockman for something like 55 years. It's a really versatile pocketknife. Normally, I'd have no problem giving it 5 stars. However, this one came with a wire left from sharpening on all three blades. I can deal with it, but I shouldn't have to. Case has been better than that and should still be.
