I put it through the ringer on three trips so far and it is held up fantastic. The action on it is great for flipping heavier stickbaits, and it has held up great to fish up to 50 pounds. I'm genuinely impressed with this. The rod blank seems top quality. The guides are about what you would expect at this price point, and the build QC is probably considerably lower than some of the really expensive brands, but so far it's worked great for me.
