Got my teeth professionally whitened with Zoom. 72 hours after avoiding coffee and eating an all white foods diet, my teeth returned back to yellow much to my complete despair. (Goodbye $350!) decided to buy these strips. I use them for a week, hour each, and got modest results, I’d say my teeth got 25% more white, which was GREAT but I decided to buy Opalescence 35% gel to get quicker/stronger results. Got GREAT results on my first syringe - decided to take it up a notch and put one of these crest white strips on top after the Opalescence to really try to increase the brightening effect… y’all.. the result where SHOCKING. My teeth were about 80% of the whiteness that my dentist got. Now that I’ve used up all of my Opalescence gel, when I want to touch up my teeth on sundays I use two crest strips but I instead back to back (2 in 2hrs instead of 1 for 1 hr) and it brings my teeth to a bright white and lifts away any dingy yellow stains. This product is good for someone who already has off-white teeth that needs a bit of brightening. But if you have super yellow teeth like I did, #1 don’t expect miracles - and don’t bother with this STUPID light - research shows light is only effective with HYDROGEN peroxide (this is carbomide peroxide) and further more, these lights increase the risk of increased teeth sensitivity and INCREASE the risk of oral cancer due to the harsh blue UV light on gums which are already being battered by peroxide (which in itself is already cancerous in nature) so just skip the light. And #2 if you’re going to use these, do yourself a favor use 2 at a time for MAX RESULTS. Even better if you use 1 after a Opalescence treatment. Try not to drink coffee or eat bright foods & spices (turmeric, paprika) no chocolate/berries for 1 day. Saliva seals the dental pores after carbomide peroxide whitening in 2 hours, but if your teeth aren’t 100% mineralized then it can take longer/prolong risk period of restaining. Lastly. STOP USING FLUORIDE TOOTHPASTE! I am certain this is what made my teeth yellow post whitening procedure. I Did research, turns out there’s tons of articles and research studies that prove fluoride in toothpaste YELLOWS TEETH from the inside out by oxidizing the dentin! CREST even admitted it!! Talk about selling a problem and selling the cure, BIG SIGH. After changing my toothpaste to nano-hydroxyapatite (a natural more effective, NON TOXIC alternative to fluoride toothpaste), I have no more sensitivity, teeth have gotten WHITER & parts of my enamel are LESS CLEAR!!!

This is a review of Crest White Strips and LED light. I’m 75 years old and I’m telling you that because as you age it is harder to whiten your teeth. I’ve got professional molds and whiteners from my dentist and have been determined to keep up with my teeth in care and whitening. But, I love my decaf coffee, especially in cold weather, and it yellows my teeth. I purchased this option on Prime Deal Days because I was away from home for an extended period. I read the five star reviews and the one star reviews as I usually do before a purchase and I must say that bleaching makes your teeth sensitive-period. When I first started bleaching, I put the professional bleach in my teeth molds all around (you had to leave them on overnight then) and nearly lost my mind with tooth nerves coming alive! That was the last time I tried to whiten my molars. I’m not a toothy person and only the front teeth show so those are the ones I whiten and these strips fit that area perfectly. Secondly, I use Sensodyne toothpaste and it really helps calm things. About half way through the ten treatment days I had sensitivity and skipped a day, as the instructions suggest and my teeth were fine after that. My light worked every time, but the instructions say it has enough charge for 10 five minute sessions and I didn’t play with it or leave it on longer. I think the results are quite good and I know from experience that my teeth will continue to brighten over the next few days. I once tried a store brand and they were a balled up mess! Thin, weak, twisted mess. These are quality, fast acting strips that are easy to put on. I recommend.

I always love crest whitestrips and use them probably 1x a year. This pack works great, just like their others with noticeably whiter teeth after a few uses. With other ones, I have had gun sensitivity after before, but that has not happened with these. Also, I have a large smile and these reach a decent bit back. I have had issues with some literally only covering my front 4 teeth before, but these stretch and covered a little less than 8 across on top and bottom for me. This kit comes with the light unlike the others, but honestly I cannot say I've noticed a difference because of the light. It may or may not be helping, but I would say the whitening power is comparable to others of the brand without the light, so not sure its worth getting the light in it or a different one without.

Second time doing this treatment, and wow. Wish i wouldn’t of waited years in between because i forgot how awesome this whitening kit is. 100% worth it and actually works. You will experience sensitivity but it goes away and happen hours after you apply for the day, because of this I do mine in the morning, and then the sensitivity starts right around bed time and doesn’t bother me during the day. I quit vaping after quitting smoking years ago and wanted to a fresh start. I also am a coffee/tea drinker so my teeth definitely had that yellow tint. I forgot to take a before picture but trust me the difference is worth the money, and the minor irritation from sensitive teeth. I never smile in pictures but not now catch me grinning ear-ear lol

I’ve been using teeth whitening strips from crest for the longest time, and it’s always worked so well. Although the light that comes with the strips is pretty useless, overall it’s a good product.

It worked really well. My husband was in dire need of teeth whitening and it worked really well! I only used five strips and it whitened really well! I am reserving the remaining 5 strips after 6 months! I chose to split the whitening to twice a week because it did a great job on my teeth with only five strips. Just be careful because you will get teeth sensitivity for about 3 days after the whitening ... but it ahould be okay afterwards
