Good stuff
My doc has had me on red beet powder for years. Great for the blood. I changed from raw red beet powder to these caps a while back, and my blood work panels have not changed, still at good levels. Thumbs up.

Capsules seemed loosely packed compared to other capsules that I had, still seemed to a good value for the price I paid. I had 2 a day and noticed increased energy. Emptying capsule contents into oatmeal or smoothie seems to help with absorption.

Natural Stimulant for Men and great for cardiovascular health.
I've been taking beat root to lower blood pressure and regulate my cardiovascular system. There's 320 capsules and I take one a day so it's great price to last for more than 10 months. Especially for the amount of milligrams(8000). It takes an hour or 2 for the body too turn it into nitrates but once that happens i feel a burst of energy, focus and I feel pumped. There's no noticeable smell or fragrance to the pills, they are small and easy to swallow, taste like nothing and they work great.
