**Q: What is the length of the metal piece? The product dimension is 3.94 x3.15 x0.15". What does it relates to on the handle?**
A: I received broken, bent handles, and returned them through Kohl's. This seller them waited a month and said I had not returned them and tried to charge me anyway. I called Kohls and Amazon.  They proved I HAD returned them and Amazon reported the seller.  I will NEVER do business with this seller again!

**Q: Can these handles retain oven temperature?**
A: Don't know. I bought them to use on an oval crockpot.

**Q: Do they fit Farberware Classic pot, 2 quarts?**
A: Yes, the handles fit beautifully.

Have a good friend who makes me soup and the pot she uses had a broken handle. I purchased these handles and needed to buy shorter screws to fit the pot. They worked well. The way it seemed to work is that the whole handle does not touch the pot. Only the metal part and the screw. Hopefully the handle will last longer and not get destroyed by the heat like the previous handles.
