Lasted 4 months. The extension arm adjustable arms do not keep the shower head elevated. It kept falling down, would continue tightening till the wing nut piece stripped. Took it apart and found that there is not quality locking of the pieces to keep it from sliding down. Was nice while it lasted.

The water comes down like a warm, gentle rain shower. In the past, I have only used bathtubs and I despised showers. This made my shower a wonderful experience. Two little problems though. It leaks at the top (but stays within the shower stall) and a little difficult for me to tighten the shower head for optimal positioning.

The water pressure is great for both the rain shower and handheld. The issue is that when you turn the water on, the rain shower can’t bear the weight and falls forward. Now, the rubber threading inside the adjustment arm is shredded so that it won’t stay up at all. I bought in April and it’s now June so didn’t get much use before it became unusable. Really disappointed because we really love the look and when it worked properly we were happy. Would not recommend.

I like it but the arm keeps loosening and appears to be stripped. In fairness, I contacted the vendor by email and they responded immediately and are sending a replacement part. Hopefully that will work.

Update: Customer Service sent me a new part for one of my rain heads. It took them a long while, but I am glad that they fixed the problem.The screw that tightens the rid and keeps the shower head from ending up like shown in picture is completely stripped after repeated attempts to tighten. The rain head has never stayed up and it took a year of continuous tightening for it finally break. I reached out to the manufacturer via Amazon. A person who responded is from China. He asked for a picture which I supplied. I have never heard back. I see it is now unavailable. If it ever is, DONT BUY IT. I have 2 and both have the same problem.AMAZON, Please don't sell this sellers products. They don't work and break easily.

I am not one to take a long time in the shower but it is hard to leave this rain shower. i love love it. I have very long, thick hair and it rinses faster than my previously. I also have a drafty bathroom and i don't get cold because it covers all of me. it is definitely worth the money - I didn't expect it to be such good quality. Hand held works great too. Oh yeah - quick and easy to install.

The media could not be loaded. Easy install, follow instructions word for words and nothing should go wrong. Water pressure is great definitely Better than the original head that my apartment came, many settings so what’s not to love, video shows the 3 main spray settings the hand held spray has its own set of settings as well !

The waterfall head definitely puts out the water but it is extremely heavy and all the connection ring (even with plumbing tape) leak. I have new threaded head pipe recently installed with our new shower and it leaks around the threads. The swivel for the overhead arm extension isn't very sturdy so we just use the hand held sprayer. Kinda sucks not being able to enjoy the waterfall head like we planned.Water pressure I rate 4 out of 5 stars but everything else is a 2 or less.
