I thought jumping rope would be a good whole body workout that would be quicker than other types. I have old knees & back. I don’t have a place in doors to jump rope, so outside is my only option. I knew I needed a mat. I bought this as it seemed to be a good one. It’s thick & heavy. I’ve only had it for a week or so. It seems to be working. I’m happy with it.
