Q: What is the thickness of the material?

It's pretty thick and sturdy my 11 yr old has his chair still inflated 6 months later

Thank you for reaching out to Air Candy! There are instructions on to how to inflate in general with using a standard air pump. The returns/refund process is through Amazon, and is quite easy to do!

Q: Does this item come with a remote?

No, it does not come with a remote. On the bottom of the chair, there is a battery compartment with a button you can press to change the light settings in the chair.

Short lived

Within 4 months the top split along seem was barely used

Easy to puncture

Sitting with anything but the most graceful and gentle manner will cause this chair to blow. It is made with very thin plastic and the loose glitter will be everywhere for the rest of eternity when it eventually tears/punctures. Do not recommend for children of any age.

Young Girls Xmas

Can’t comment on quality or comfort yet. This is a Christmas gift that won’t be opened until Christmas Day. I can say that delivery was exceptional and extremely fast. Seems simple enough to inflate - with hair blower! We’ll see!!!!

Cute But Flimsy

My daughters each got one of these for Christmas and absolutely loved them, but both chairs popped within a few weeks of when we blew them up. Super disappointing.

It looks great I just wish it stayed inflated longer

I bought this for my 10 1/2-year-old daughter it seems to slowly lose air. Even the second one you sent me also leaks air too quickly and my daughter hasn’t even sat on it yet!!!
