Only just got the Professional and tried it once and it seems to be very good quality and simple instructions. Plug it in and the timer starts for you and shuts off when your time is up. I'll do it every other day and see what happens. It's very well made and fits very well and comfortable, you'll forget it's there.

I just got it in the mail, it seems very easy to use and is pretty comfortable on the head not too heavy or awkward, you can look down at a book or your phone and it wont slip off it stays right in place.

This red light therapy professional helmet is made well. Easy to use with the simple buttons on remote to operate. I’m happy to say it’s soft and comfortable while using. I’ve used it every other day as recommended. It’s only been a total of 4x using, but here’s what I’ve noticed so far. I’ve had a lot of hair fall out prior to using this device which was already scary for me. I was a little concerned as the company says possible hair shedding as the weak hair comes out and stronger hair will grow. It made sense to me. Today I’ve noticed a significant improvement of hair shedding than prior to using this device and fuller hair at the crown. I was super happy not to see so much hair coming out from my head. I will continue to use and I’m sure I will be back to update on my hair experience at month six. Maybe 5 stars?!?! TBD. Also I know it a pricey device, however the company offers a money back guarantee if you don’t see or have improvements with your journey. A win win imo.

It's been 3 months and I can honestly say I'm starting to notice a difference in volume and thickness of hair growth. I'm excited to see/feel what the next 3 months brings. From my view, purchasing the rechargeable battery greatly improves chances of keeping to a regiment of wearing the unit every other day. Being able to move around the house while in use vs being tethered to an electrical outlet in the wall is a must for me. Do your research. Hair follicles must still be active to restart hair growth. You may want to meet with a qualified professional before purchasing. Also, do not use more than the recommended time in a single day and only use every other day, as recommended by the manufacturer. Using longer or more frequently can damage follicles.

Very easy to use, just plug it in and let it charge. No side effects to the scalp and I have super thin/fine hair so Im hoping this works, my dermatologist recommended red light therapy so this is the route I took.I just got mine this week and will give you a 6 month update.

At this point I am sorry that I ever started treatment with this helmet! I’ve been using it as directed for the past seven weeks. Before purchasing, I researched light therapy helmets and nowhere did I see the warning to expect significant loss of hair in the first three months. Turns out, that’s what happens. I am distressed beyond words. I have lost so much hair. I no longer have bangs; they’re gone. I am now just praying to get back to where I started. I am going to have to buy a wig to get through the next months until my hair (hopefully) grows back. I’m going to have to stick it out since I’ve gone this far but had I known what was going to happen, I NEVER would have started. I would have stuck with serums and supplements. Honestly, I am in such distress over how much hair I have lost and how horrible it looks. Were they sorry and wanted to give my money back? Was I going to have to return the' helmet from hell' to get my substantial amount of money back? I didn't know from that vague response. I have now spent hundreds of dollars on hair pieces and visits to my hair stylist to try to cope with my baldness on the front of my head, so I felt as if it would be nice to get some kind of refund from the perpetrator. I did as it said and replied, Full Refund. Then I got the response they probably should have led with. Madelaine from the Customer Satisfaction Team sent a lengthy email describing the cycle of hair loss and offering hope that it will work itself out if I keep at it. No offer of any money back, just an offer to extend the warranty period from 6 to 12 months. Whoopie! I stand by my warning. Don't try this helmet for hair growth unless you are willing to go nearly bald before it gets better. I am beside myself. I hate trying hair pieces to cover my baldness. I didn't need that before I used this helmet. I truly wish I had never tried this stupid helmet. Use your money for supplements and serums. The device seems very well made - does not have a cheap feel at all. There is also a noticeable 'pulse' on the scalp when it is being used, which gives the sense that it is doing something. The company team has been very nice so far and it would appear they will be very helpful if any issues were ever to come up. The optional battery pack is the way to go... much more convenient. For me, the batteries lasted for 3 full sessions and almost a fourth before needing to be recharged. Too soon to tell on the results, but an initial shed is something that is supposed to happen per the literature, which is a sign that it is working, and I am going through that now after using it for just over a month. Time will tell!

Easy to use. Delivered as promised fast with no delays. Guaranty is good for 2 years ( duration of treatment). Waiting for battery to arrive. It will give me freedom to move around. Since being stuck next to electrical outlet does not fit my life style.
