Great daily supplement to start my mornings!
I’ve been taking this pine bark extract every day for a couple of weeks, and while it’s not a strong noticeable effect, I feel like I have a subtle boost to my overall energy and a nice feeling of circulation during my a.m. routines and workouts. The capsules are a reasonably small size and very easy to swallow, and there’s no smell or after taste that I noticed, which is something I always appreciate as some herbal supplements can have a super strong flavor. The 20:1 extract standardized to 95% proanthocyanidins felt like a clean, quality formula, and while I’m not expecting night and day changes, I do feel a sense of mental clarity and steadiness line up with pine bark’s antioxidant properties and support of healthy blood flow. This has always been a good and reliable product in the past. However, I noticed my most recent shipment had product which was much darker (see photo) than it has been in the past. It's a leap of faith, but I'm assuming this is known to the seller, and the product is up to its usual standard.

NOT French Maritime Pine Bark Extract.
NOT French Maritime Pine Bark Extract. The ad leads you to believe or assume that it is............ I searched everywhere to find out where the Pine Bark comes from but to no avail. I will not take it, even though it may be fine......there is no way to know. I got a refund and ordered the real brand of Pycnogenol and paid a much higher price. Nutricost should "clarify" what it is and help us understand. If it is just pine bark from Alabama..........???

I would recommend this brand.
My experience has been positive with this vitamin brand. It's not Standard Process but Nutri cost is affordable, although the prices have been increasing. I would recommend this brand.
