This product seems to be a good value. You don't use very much, and it does seem to curb my appetite. It's a strong flavor but if you mix it with the right stuff it's not bad

This product works very well...just a small amount in a tablespoon definitely has decreased my appetite, and the unwanted pounds are quickly dropping!

Aloha, just received a few days ago- on time, excellent service- and as some have commented, taste is really weird. So not sure if working but appetite has lessened, use in my post workout protein shake, masks the taste very well. Use a small amount when the munchies occur in the evening- so far has helped to curb the binging. ^_ ~

Buyer beware; this product is not returnable. And it tastes horrible. It gave me heartburn and stomachache, and I was bloated! I mixed half a teaspoon of it with my protein shaken, hoping the protein shake would mask its horrendous taste but it was the worst taste ever. I can’t return it, so into the trash it goes. Save your money!

Was enough product to place in glass quart container. Product is good quality. I placed it in a small container and wet my finger and place it under my tongue. It dissolves quickly and gets into your system even faster.

This seemed to create a mild decrease in appetite. However, after taking it for approximately one week, I noticed that my arms were beginning to itch pretty consistently. There was no rush, but more and more I found myself scratching both forearms. By two weeks it was almost unbearable. I began thinking about what might be causing that, and realized that about the time I started taking the Cara Luma, is when the itching started. I decided to try stopping it for a couple of weeks and by the end of two weeks the itching was gone. Itching without a rash, can be a sign of food allergy. So please be aware if you started showing, that it could be caused by the Cara Luma.
