Great grip for Pole Fitness
This grip works very well for pole fitness. It does leave your hands a little dry after the fact but that’s basically the point of the product so I am okay with that. I was surprised what a difference it made in feeling more stable when doing pole tricks. Good value for your money because you don’t need a lot to get the grippy benefits.

Love the formula, hate the packaging
I love the formula, I hate the packaging, but I love the formula enough that I'll deal with the terrible packaging. Keeps my hands much drier for pole dancing than other grip solutions. The cap keeps breaking off and causes the formula to spill into whatever bag or space it's in, which is annoying, but I now expect it and just make sure it's in a plastic bag or I reinforce the cap. Fix the cap and it'll be all good!

I use it for my feet for martial arts where I tend to slip on the wooden floor Works great - no mess at all

Kept hands dry but had to reapply 3-4 times over 18 holes walking but I am a heavy sweater.. no issues carting.
