Was very pleased with the quality of this product. Really well designed and well made. I was impressed with the retracting nozzles. Fit was really simple and took less than 10 minutes as per the instructions. However might not be so easy for people who have boxed in cisterns. Does it work?. Yes , really well. Job done and minimal paperwork!!. Totally worth the money.

This item is outstanding . Easy to fit to existing cisterns , practical and easy to use as well as being hygienic. Its strengths are its lightweight and particularly intuitive to operate. The system is plumbed into your existing water feed via a T adapter so a plumber will happily install in about 30 mins . The wash system is powerful but can be controlled by hand from slow flow to fast. And if you have a naughty streak as i do get your kids to stand in front of it and ask them " i wonder what does this handle does" and it becomes a surprise water pistol ! Don't hesitate to buy.

I like curry. And I probably don't have the best diet. But I can continue to ignore the inevitable repercussions of this by using a bidet - in seriousness though we all get "irritatio" from time to time and a bidet does seem a sensible alternative to TP. Now I'm an electrician by trade, but obviously this is the superior trade so naturally plumbing is child's play. It's provided with a flexible hose and Tee for easy DIY installation. However my toilet is concealed cistern and I didn't want a stupid hose poking out a hole I butchered in my back panel. So - I formed some chrome 15mm pipe to a 90 degree. I then ordered from BES a 3/8" coupler (this is the thread size on the bidet) and a 15mm-3/8" isolator. As per the picture I then installed this neatly, disappearing into the boxing. On this note - the provided flexi does have a slight downside, in that the nut does start to spoil the plastic - I learned this when mocking up the first one - so using a 3/8" coupler or extension piece overcame this issue. In terms of service I have to say I'm impressed. I did all this, fitted the first one then turned the water on - to find it was faulty and water leaked out the handle. After having a fit of rage I proceeded to contact the supplier - who almost immediately dispatched me a new one - this really impressed me. It's not fitted and working perfectly. In conclusion this is a great product and easy to fit for a diyer or can be integrated to a more professional setup if you're suitably competent. And to boot my bum has never felt better.

I was actually impressed by how easy this was to fit. It took me about 20 minutes from opening the box to having it fully installed, and everything slotted into place without any drama. Once up and running, it works really well, the pressure is strong, consistent, and definitely does the job. A couple of things could be better though. The nozzles don’t always retract properly after use, which can be a bit annoying. Also, the spray is quite a narrow jet. I’d really like the option of an additional nozzle or some way to adjust the width of the stream for a more custom wash. Overall the build quality feels solid, and for the price it’s a really decent upgrade to any bathroom. With a few tweaks to the nozzle design, it would easily be a five-star product. One year of use, great stuff easy to install and works properly.

Works perfectly. All connections fit properly and come with some ptfe tape also.

Best thing since pre sliced bagels. Every household should own this and I have health issues because I physically cannot ablute anywhere else but my own house due to this contraption.

Compré este modelo con el mango a la izquierda por tema de espacio en el baño. (El anterior que tenía,otro modelo de la misma marca pero con los botones en la derecha, se rompió por algunos tropezones con las piernas al pasar. La estructura es de plástico y se rompió en varios trozos. Inservible). Una vez que pruebas algo de este tipo, ya no puedes pasar sin ello, por eso compré otro modelo que me cuadrara mejor en el baño. La instalación es sencilla, vienen todas las piezas necesarias y no gotea. He de decir que este modelo me gusta mucho más. El mango no sobresale tanto como el anterior que tenía, es más recogido y los chorritos van perfectos a donde tienen que ir. De momento, si tengo que recomendar alguno, sería este modelo (ya sea con el mango a la izquierda o a la derecha, como mejor os venga). Ahora que no sobresale por la zona de paso, espero que dure mucho mucho tiempo, ya que si se rompe, no será por golpes en las piernas. Espero que os ayude mi comentario.

Started using a bidet during the pandemic. Moved to another state and purchased this one. Saved loads of money on toilet paper. It’s very easy to use and does a great job.

I have been using this toilet bidet for about a year now, so I can give a reliable long term review. It does its job well and works exactly as expected. Installation was easy and didn’t require anything complicated. The bidet has two water modes which I believe are intended for regular use and a separate option for women and both work fine. Water pressure is good. It hasn’t leaked and there have been no technical issues during this time. It is simple practical and does what it is supposed to do without problems.
