I was gifted this set and made my first sourdough bread with it yesterday. The bread was my best loaf yet! Huge and beautifully shaped. Everyone said it looked like a bakery loaf. The set comes with everything you need to make sourdough bread-a mat, whisk, 2 benneton baskets with liners, lame, bowl scraper, sling. Everything was nice quality and easy to clean. I highly recommend this set if you want to make beautiful sourdough bread.

My husband is looking forward to making some sourdough bread for soups. This is a good set. If o ly Amazon could package properly, that would be nice. The tape didn't stick, so it looks like someone wanted to see what was in the box. So far I haven't had a damaged item because of it. Yet.

Absolutely LOVE these pieces! I always get nervous to order items for baking, especially without seeing in person, but these are perfect. I love being able to measure out my bread loves with the silicone mat (thank you OCD), for perfection every time.

This is a fabulous starter set.. I’m over the moon with quality and what’s included!! Used it for first time and am impressed as I’ve never made my own sour dough. The basket gives a beautiful pattern on top. I dried it after use and then used a clean basting brush to make sure there was no flour/ semolina left in it ..
