I have 133 gallon rain barrel I use these to actually help keep the water clean. They work amazing I purchased both sizes. Just remember that how many used depends on if the water is clear or not. Every home should have these as a precaution because you never know what might happen, had a citywide water shut off. They allowed us to be able to use our rain water instead of standing in line for bottled water.

Which one you get depends on what your use needs are. They are all very similar.

Excellent product. Safer then liquid bleach and self life is far longer if kept dry until use. We use it in the watering tanks or buckets for our animals. It works. Safe for humans too.

I am building a disaster kit and I wanted a reliable simple way to make sure water is safe, I have several pump type filters ceramic and carbon elements I also have iodine tablets, they have there place I wanted something to make sure otherwise clear and bright water is safe, these tablets will do larger size containers, i have smaller tablets for smaller containers as well.
