Ive used this for about 14 months now and lost 40kg in that time. Of course with exercise and a healthy diet also but I swear by this pre workout as it had me sweating buckets when I was at my heaviest. My PT has even started recommending it to his clients based on my results and they all were impressed by it. I won’t recommend anything unless I’ve used it for a decent amount of time myself. The only thing I will say is it needs to be shaken as it does clump a bit ontop of water. Any protein shaker or bottle will do as it doesn’t need a shaker ball or to be shaken for long either. The taste is pleasant and I don’t get too itchy. I find it best personally to use 30 mins before a workout which seems to be the sweet spot for me when strength training or doing cardio. I also use it when kickboxing. I’ve had no issues getting to sleep at night if I’ve trained in the evening providing I’ve put the work in when training. I drink coffee when doing weekly night shifts but up to now I still get a good hit from the caffeine in this pre workout regardless of me being used to caffeine so it may be a bit strong for someone who doesn’t usually have any caffeine at all. Maybe in that case use half a scoop to start with to test what you’re comfortable with.

I predominantly used pre workouts so I thought I would switch it up and try a fat burner and I definitely underestimated the sweats! It did give me an extra boost of energy for workouts and I was still able to sleep well at night after it. I felt like I achieved more out of my workouts when using this. The strawberry kiwi taste was really nice and made it easy to drink.

I haven't seen much different with weightloss since using for a month, it does give me more energy at the gym. It tastes nice which is a bonus.

If you're the sort of person who takes a day off sick because you've got a bit of man flu, walk away now. Kicks in later than my previous preworkout drinks and once you've broken the seal on the sweating, your only option is fight or flight mode.... you just gotta fight it off and feed it with your training. Even breaks between sets, it's fighting you, telling you to go more, go heavy, go harder. - and by fighting you, I mean, probably most of the symptoms you'll see in the negative reviews. You've got to beat it out of your system and not let the negatives take over. Flavour - it's OK, certainly neither good or bad. Mixing - no issues even with creatine added. Energy - definitely pushed a harder session out of me. Weight Loss - too early for me to tell. Appetite suppressant - hasn't affected me. Overall, will stick it out til the end of the tub at the very least. Will be adjusting my timing to get the peak kick dialled in, and not towards the end. But would recommend, with caution. Personally, I wouldn't take this if I was more into cardio and high intensity workouts, My Heart Rate would be ridiculous and the sweating would be intolerable.

This drink is hard to mix and sometimes ends up curdling . It did suppress my appetite slightly for a few days . It tastes of fruit but after a while can taste tangy .

Buying this product is the worst decision i ever made! Having one scoop, the flavour was awful and the powder doesnt fully mix even after rigorous shaking with a Repitible shaker brand. And then onto the affects, made me feel like i was dieing from the inside out is putting it lightly, my core temperature went up to 39 degrees, which is very dangerous, could not stop sweating and de hydrating, shakes and tremors and light head, could stand without feeling dizzy! I have had Metabolic drinks before but this is by far the worst affects i have ever felt. AMAZON should not be selling this as it is a health hazard and somebody is going to die using this, DO NOT BUY this unless you want to look like the walking dead.

Was hoping for an epic buzz with this fat burner but it’s not as potent as described. Even a double scoop doesn’t give me the same affect as what Oxyshred does. So spend the extra money and stick to oxyshred. No returns for this product which is very frustrating as I’d prefer my money back so I can buy something that’s actually going to do what it’s meant to do.
