I can not eat gluten and I watch my carbs due to most gluten free products being high in carbs. This bread is the best bread I have found. I have even tried making my own bread. It is expensive but to me it is worth it to be able to have a sandwich or toast. It taste great and it does toast well. I prefer to toast it for my sandwiches because it is a soft bread. I just wish I could find the hamburger and hot dog buns from carbonaut gluten free.

I have celiac and am also keto and that's a really difficult combo when you want bread products because most keto breads contain gluten. This Carbonaut white bread is SO good! It's super soft with a great texture and very mild flavor. Works great with everything I've put on it and I can't wait to try Carbonaut's low carb french toast muffin recipe! I almost didn't buy it because it's expensive but for me it's worth every penny. I'm for sure keeping this in my freezer always!

The bread was soggy and smooshed. All four loaves were bad. When I tried to find a piece of bread in the middle of the loaf, they all had holes in them. Worst purchase I have ever made. Can’t even toast them or make a sandwich. All 4 loaves look like this.

It’s hard to find a good tasting gluten free bread and even tougher when you want it low carb too. This bread actually has a good flavor, consistency and texture and only 1 net carb per slice! Pretty expensive but worth it!

This bread toasts well, and I like that it is gluten free—per label. Per my CGM, it is also performing well as Keto!

The bread taste great, but it came in a box that was badly damaged and the bread was also damaged no packing no no warning signs. It should be treated with care. Very disappointed to you. Pay $60 for four loaves of bread that are smashed about the only thing I could do with them now is toast them in the oven and cut them up to be croutons or stuffing very disappointed will not buy from this distributor again.

I give it three stars to compromise. The bread actually tastes decent but it has a lot of large holes. I probably won’t buy again online. For the cost paid, I’d expect better packaging. The box was beaten up, badly dented, and wet. The box was thick enough so the bread didn’t get wet but there was no interior padding so the bread was squashed. Disappointing expensive purchase.

Best gluten free bread I've tried. It's soft and a normal size piece of bread, and I really appreciate the 1 net carb. Definitely will be buying again.
