These Philips Hue White and Colour Ambiance bulbs are just awesome - another solid addition to my smart lighting setup. The 100W equivalent brightness (1600 lumens) makes a real impact, especially in larger rooms like the living room or bedroom. Setup is effortless with Bluetooth, and voice control via Alexa works flawlessly. Colours are vibrant, whites are crisp, and the E27 Edison screw fits standard fittings with no fuss. read last 2 chapters of review for this items integration . the rest is for something else this company builds some of the best lights surpassing even Philips hue stuff.and they usually price it around £10 / piece. wish they did some wifi matters integration in to their bulbs. have a bunch of their bulbs and never regretted buying their stuff. there is science behind their bulbs. well they might as well not know it . let me explain there is hardly any sunshine here in uk. ever heard of scanadanivian countries having the highest rate of suicide. Greenland/iceland etc. well had it occurred to you that it might be linked to the gloomy atmosphere year round . well here comes the good news. the 5000k and 6000k bulbs are designed to mimic sunlight indoors and they are bright. trust me when I say it will light up your home and light it up good. the bulbs have anti flicker tech which means when you snap pics with these bulbs on you video film wouldn't have flickers in them. it means the frequency that these bulbs work is not irritating for humans and animals I think. when the human brain gets its fair share of sunlight it is less prone to depression. so to cure depression buy the 5000k or 6000k lights. they are literal life savers. you will see mood improving inside your homes once you have these installed. they will bring indirect happiness . I use Philips hue smart plugs connected to lams with these bulbs and use a sensor to detect my presence in the room to automatically turn on and off the lights. you can literally buy any smart plug which also has infrared sensor like tp link tapo smart plugs . best to buy matters certified smart plugs from tapo. the p110m version is good and £10er each. the sensor will light up the lamps and shut them off when it stops detecting presence in the room . this way you end up with automatic lights in your living room. I used 3 of these 30w bulbs in each bedroom . changed to Philips hue . you need around 4500 lumen in a bedroom to cure depression and around double that in a living room . this is for a house that is pure white inside paint. if dark coloured paints then the lumen requirement goes up of 50%. best to buy white furniture and curtains to keep sense of the space being open and large.

This is a relatively expensive bulb, even for Hue. You're paying more for more brightness in an area where it's needed. Luckily, it delivers. It's nice and bright. The colour accuracy is decent and of course will match other Hue RGB bulbs. As ever it works beautifully with Home Assistant via ZHA- probably the nicest choice for that ecosystem. I don't resent the price too much if it lasts a while, as decent lighting makes a big difference to your living space.

Wanter the extra bright bulb for a new lantern I installed onto our drive way, and needed to be Philips Hue to fit in with my existing Hue eco system. I already have approx 70 Hue bulbs / outside lights, some of which are still to be reconnected as I've recently moved house, so this fits in great. This bulbs works perfectly everytime, and I've already set up routines to come on at 100% bright white at sunset and then another routine to change it to warm white and down to 75% a few hours later, finally switching off at midnight, and again at sunrise (in case it gets switched back on again and forgotten about, particularly at weekends) Please note that this is not extra bright when you set it to different colours, this only applies to the whites which I was aware of!! But others may not be! Not much else to say except I have docked a star as very expensive (as all hue stuff is) but I couldn't find any decent deals on it (only seems to be sold as single bulbs too) so just bought one after looking around for a few weeks. If you don't need the 1600 lumen version you can get much better deals on the 1100 lumen version which I have gone for in my lanterns in the back garden.

Great quality and excellent lighting levels

Only the middle of warm and cold white can reach 1600 lm brightness. All other colours, especially the highly saturated colours from the colour wheel do not get that much of brightness, comparing to the 800lm version. This bulb cost so much, several times more than the 800lm version, so really isn't good enough. The 1600 lm bulb is slightly longer than the 800 lm version, made it more exposed from my lamp shade. The translucent part is made of light weight plastic. My several years old 800lm bulb seems to be made of glass or harder plastic. If you ask me to pay for this bulb by a fair price, I think I will pay the price of 800 lm plus 10%. Certainly not worth several times more price.

Ich nutze die Philips LED als Arbeitslampe in der Küche – und sie macht genau das, was ich mir erhofft habe. Das Licht ist angenehm, dabei aber so hell, dass die komplette Arbeitsfläche sehr gut ausgeleuchtet wird. Ideal zum Kochen, Schnippeln und Aufräumen. Ich habe das Gerät über Zigbee2MQTT in Home Assistant eingebunden. Die Einbindung funktionierte problemlos, und seitdem reagiert die Lampe reaktionsschnell und zuverlässig auf alle Schaltvorgänge und Automationen. Das Dimmen funktioniert flüssig, ohne Flackern, und erlaubt es, je nach Situation zwischen voller Arbeitsbeleuchtung und gemütlicherer Grundbeleuchtung zu wechseln. Für alle, die eine helle, smart steuerbare Lampe suchen, die sich gut in ein bestehendes Zigbee-/Home-Assistant-Setup integrieren lässt, ist diese Philips Hue aus meiner Sicht eine klare Empfehlung.

La lampadina Philips Hue White mi ha davvero conquistato! Arrivata in pochissimo tempo grazie alla consegna rapidissima di Amazon, ben imballata e pronta all’uso. L’installazione è semplicissima: basta avvitarla come una lampadina normale, aprire l’app Philips Hue e in pochi secondi è già collegata tramite Bluetooth. La luce bianca calda è molto piacevole, ideale per creare un’atmosfera accogliente in casa. Si può regolare facilmente l’intensità luminosa, programmare accensioni e spegnimenti automatici e controllarla comodamente con Alexa, Google Assistant o Apple HomeKit. Ottimo anche il fatto che si possa usare senza bisogno immediato del Bridge Hue, ma con la possibilità di espandere il sistema in futuro. L’app è intuitiva e completa, perfetta anche per chi è alle prime armi con la domotica. worth buying if you feel lack of light with the standard 8watt kit version.. only backside is that it is big.. so check first that it will fit i'm rely pleased having it in the kitchen and bath room. feels like double up.

Es un dispositivo de Philips Hue, no hay pegas, ilumina más de lo que pensaba y es fácil de emparejar, aún sin tener nada más de la marca. Puedes atenuar la luz y me resulta perfecta para tenerla de fondo mientras veo la tv y poder ajustar la luminosidad a mis necesidades.
