STOTT PILATES Superior Balance

This video started very very slow. But after the 10 minute warm up.... Excellent work out! I highly recommend this. There aren't a lot of ball work outs on the market so I tried this. I would recommend to everyone

I am not a pilates expert. I am not even in that great of shape, but this DVD seemed mostly easy. It was fun to play around on the ball and there are a couple of moves that totally kicked my butt, but most of it was pretty basic. I like other Stotts DVDs better.

The only chapter selection options I found on this video were the basic principles. The rest of the video is continuous - if I wish to go to a specific exercise, I must scroll through the video to find it.This is not how the other Stott videos are set up. Disappointing.

Pleasantly surprised by how challenging this was. I watch these videos first before doing the workouts. It looks easy when you're watching but once you do them - it's a different story. I worked up a sweat and using the ball encourages stability and chalenges muscles you don't normally work.

I just started, so I'm not much help, could let you know in a couple of months.
