Q: Will this repair a small hole in the fabric of sneakers near the rubber toe part?

I've had good luck with Gorilla Fabric tape for repairing the interior and exterior of shoe fabric. It seems to be heat and waterproof, and it's just about permanent.

Q: is this neoprene glue?

I use it to glue floppy soles on tennis shoes and snow boots soles that have come apart. Works great!!

Q: How many shoes will one tube do?

I only use a small amount of Shoe Goo at a time for edges of the soles. The smaller tubes gives me more usage over time. I cannot tell you how many shoes because it depends how much you need to use per shoe. If you need to cover entire soles of shoes I would recommend a regular size tube.

Q: Could this be added to the bottom of shoes to make them non skid?

Look for sole repair or sole retread products. These are rubber pieces that adhere to the bottom of the shoe. You can use Goo as the adhesive if the rubber product doesn't come with adhesive.
