Kion Aminos Capsules

Love these aminos! I found this brand listening to the MindPump guys. They actually had the founder on for an interview one episode. Hitting your protein targets can be difficult. I use these to fill the gaps when I feel a meal didn’t cut it or to help bridge the gaps if I’m in a cut phase. Definitely do not use in place of real food though!

This is a great product and can be taken during intermittent fasting. Somehow it helps me to make it through the fast even longer. I've used it before and after workouts. I find it helps me to complete challenging workouts and help me recover with less fatigue and soreness. They are pricier but thorne's done their research and tested their products which makes me feel better about taking them.

I started using this before my trainings and I felt how it improved my endurance during the training and the recovery after it. After a few months I stopped using it just to compare how I felt and a few weeks after, it was clear that it was supporting my overall training. I know there are 7 pills to swallow but I do it happily because I know this is a clean product, it doesn't have any taste or smell and it doesn't upset my stomach.

Even though I usually experience nausea when taking too many supplements, I have had no issues with these capsules. I strongly believe that these capsules are aiding in my quick recovery, especially since I'm currently training for a marathon. This product is excellent for maximizing my potential during training sessions, and it's a clean product with no unnecessary ingredients. I use it to sustain myself while fasting, and I highly recommend it!

Been buying and using these for years! Helps curve appetite lose weight build muscle mass. The little pricey, but worth it.

I have been taking these Aminos for a few months, but after I started getting daily headaches and diarrhea I discovered they were the cause. Beware that those are potential side effects, and I was taking precisely the prescribed dosage. I tried canceling the shipment but must have been too late because it still arrived. Now when I tried to return the recent bottle, I’m told it is non-returnable due to “health and safety reasons.” Which is ironic because I am trying to return it BECAUSE of health and safety reasons!! It is just a bottle of pills and has not even been opened - it makes no sense that it can’t be returned. That’s $50 wasted. There should be some other option. Very disappointed with the service regarding this item.
