works good but sponges do not stay on they just stick so fall off fast.

I love this applicator! Being on my own, I have no one but myself to apply tan lotion to my back. I took this to St. Thomas with me, also to Florida. Will be taking it to the beach with me again, not no mention using it at home to apply tan lotion to my back this summer. I also purchased an extra applicator replacement pad. Which I have yet to use (I wash the one that came with the applicator with very warm water and Ivory liquid and it gets squeaky clean). This is a Godsend if you have to apply lotion to your back yourself!

Unless the design of this thing has radically changed within the past year it DOES NOT have a changeable pad as a reviewer states. The pad is glued on but tanning oil makes it fall off after less than a seasons worth of use. Cleaning after each use does not help. I also had one of these years ago that I bought at a tanning salon where they were first introduced. It lasted for years until the foam disintegrated from age. I've owned three new ones in the last three years and they all have the same problem of falling apart.
