As a retired educator, I can let you know that this was a go-to any time I could hear my students enter class sniffling. It mixes well in cold or warm water. I add 1/2 a packet to my mint tea and it gives good flavor as well as benefits. Ever heard of the Starbucks medicine ball tea? The taste is great- fresh and like a citrus blast in your cheeks. Perks me up. I add an entire packet to a standard- sized water bottle so that I can sip on it throughout the morning. It's perfect after a workout or airline flight.

I have always loved this brand, I have been taking these with a cold, and I'm feeling significantly better already, but I always recommend taking these things regularly before getting sick as they help to keep you from getting sick depending on what it is, they help with colds and other light things....

This stuff is awesome. I drink it every day with lunch. Tastes great even dissolved in 16 oz of water. Gives me an immediate boost that lasts about an hour or two. Love the extra immune vitamins too. Tasty way to support long term immunity. Overall, I feel much better when I take this stuff. Some ppl say you’re not supposed to take this long term, but I haven’t noticed any side effects.
