So now I am behind the eight ball scrambling to get my project done because the Product I order was faulty. I expect a full Refund and Now I will reach out the the Add Insurance Department to obtain that Refund. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Replacement Scanner for the Fujitsu Fi-6130
Works as advertised. There was a flood in our building and the floor above dropped all of the water into our offices. We replaced it with the same model and this model has worked like a champ for many years. In fact it was so good, we bought a second one to use at a remote location. The only issue is not with the scanner itself or the software that runs it, but the updated computer drivers. Fujitsu doesn't support their software anymore this year, but we found several places online to download the drivers and software. No issues and the instructions that came with the equipment were slightly dated, but worked just fine.

Good seller/bad product
This did not work. It was sold as “refurbished-excellent condition”! But it didn’t work. 3 stars because I was refunded for this purchase
