I received this Firstop Portable speaker yesterday from Amazon. As a Prime member I usually get free 2 day shipping but for some reason this came free one day shipping. Even though the reviews said it comes charged I went ahead and charged it for a few hours. When I turned it on I was amazed at the sound quality, with good bass. I had some trouble with the volume buttons but using my phone turned it down quick. This thing is loud, which is what I wanted. Pairing was simple and fast. I'd recommend this speaker. I'm very pleased. Ultimately, when I shop Amazon I read reviews, compare different models, etc, but their return policy is so simple. If you aren't happy with it when you receive an item from Amazon they pay for return shipping and credit you back without hassles. My only complaint are the color options. Orange was the best price, the other color was $2 higher, but I'm a Purple Girl or Hot Pink and those colors weren't offered.

This speaker can withstand a lot of stuff. I really love that about this Firstop Bluetooth portable speaker. It's durable and great for the beach. The speaker is pretty loud due to its duel 10W drivers. It's HD quality sound and deep bass set this speaker apart from other that I have. The speaker connects quickly to my phone and there's never any lag time when I use the controls. The flashlight features is nice to have when the power goes out. It's not very bright, but it does the trick. Overall it is an impressive portable speaker. I received this product at a discount in exchange for an honest and unbiased review.

stopped working after 2 months! Too late to return, no response from manufacturer. We want our money back PLEASE !!!!!UPDATE: When we informed the company of our disappointment with the speaker, they kindly sent us another! Great company service and the speaker has worked perfectly. Very happy and recommend highly to all.

It seems a little bit distorted at full volume. But it's definitely loud. And unless you are outside you probably won't go to full it's that loud. But it's easy to use and actually came charged unlike others u have to wait 4 hours b4 u can try it.

Very nice sound from this speaker. Haven't used it long enough to know if the battery life is as advertised. But it does sound nice and will fill a room. The bass is surprising too. Pleased with this speaker so far

Purchased because reviews were so amazing. Unfortunately, the Bluetooth part stopped working with my phone after 4 or 5 weeks (I tried 2 phones to ensure it wasn't just mine). Speaker still works great --- if I put in a mini-jack audio cable from my phone directly to it.

doesnt hold charge for more than 4 hours, and they suggest not playing while charging

This thing is great. We take this thing everywhere and it is loud and clear. sounds good for the price.
