I just bought an electric tricycle. I'm a disabled 64 year old woman and I can't ride by bicycle anymore. Even with a trike, you need a good safety helmet. I already owned a safety helmet, but I saw the helmet light included with this helmet. I could have bought a light, but I liked the style of this helmet. I ordered the L adult size. My head circumference is 22 5/8". It's a bit large, but the included foam piece that fits in the top made it fit right. The dial circumference adjustment made it easy to fit right. The light came partially charged. I charged it fully. The light turns on when I put it on the helmet. I've chosen the flashing mode. This helmet covers more of my head than the other style of helmet. The build quality seems substantial, without being too heavy. I didn't notice any wind noise at 12mph.

I bought this helmet for my 14 years and he loves it. Looks nice and sleek. It also is very comfortable and easy to adjust for the perfect fit! I love this light on the back for extra safety! Quality is great for the money!

This is a great helmet light weight and very breathable. Love the added addition of led light on back of helmet to help with visibility at night. The light also offers different settings. Great value for the money.

I was a little nervous to buy a helmet from Amazon, but from my (limited) knowledge & experience, I do believe this helmet is suitable for bikes, scooters and skateboards.* Definitely seems like the highest quality helmet I've worn in my life. The size did feel a tad snug (my scalp measured 22" so i bought size medium), but I figure I can still mess with the padding. The only downside is the light is very finicky, the button is hard to press and it turns on when you snap it to the helmet, minor inconvenience for otherwise neat safety feature. I bought the bright blue color and it is definitely more of a powder blue than a cyan, but still nice. The "chain hole," if you will, is too narrow for my chain (thick combination chain). *notes on safety: modern helmet standards and the common oblong shape come from decades of studying physics, trial and error, and studying cases of fatalities, the majority of which involve a bicyclist and automobile driver. For someone who is biking along with traffic or at high speeds, this may not be suitable for maximum protection. If you do not watch your children and take precaution for yourself and them, pursue perilous endeavors or are particularly reckless, this may NOT be sufficient protection. Typically, this "domed" style is more suited for slower speeds, for example skateboarding or rollerblading. The foam on the front is approximately 75% of the width of a modern, standard oblong bicycle helmet. You can, however get a safe, almost custom-snug horizontal fit in this helmet. Most typical modern oblong bike helmets feel..either precarious or tight on my head, unlike this one which gently encases it. Additionally, the lower & more forward position of the chin straps is also far more comfortable than a standard modern oblong helmet. For me, it is also a more attractive style, and the light on the back makes up for any potential marginal difference in protection. I am more likely to wear a helmet if I like it, and I like this one.

It fits so comfortable that bought a 2nd one for when I go camping to just leave in the camper. I love the magnetic rechargeable red light for the back that it comes with to make you more visible. It is adjustable and that works great for having your hair in a ponytail.

I love this little helmet. It fits well, has the blinking light for the back of it, and I liked the color selections. I'm not really fond of many of the helmets on the market. I think they look strange. Might be because I'm used to motorcycle helmets and this one is similar, just not as heavy and bulky. It's just a great little helmet.

I am so sad that I had to return this helmet. After it arrived my husband showed me one he already had but had forgotten to give me. I'm very frugal, so I did have to return the one I ordered and I'll just have to deal with my loss. But let me tell you it was hard to return. The perfect safety orange, the little brim, the hole for your chain or lock, the interior padding and chin strap, the head flattering shape, the adjuster thing on the back and the little flasher that goes in the recessed part on the back. Wow. What a great helmet! I'm happy for anyone who gets it. As for me, I will be spray painting something else.
