Living with Discernment in the End Times: 1 & 2 Peter and Jude (The New Inductive Study Series)

This book, as all Precept books, helps to focus on all of the aspects of these books of the Bible. You will not skip over difficult topics and have the tools to discover answers for yourself. Highly recommend.

I’ve given this book 5 stars because it is incredibly helpful in learning about and understanding 1&2 Peter & Jude. I have been using the books in this series for the last 3 years now to guide me through my personal daily Bible reading. The book is broken up into daily reading assignments with built in questions for personal reflection and/or group talk points and each end with a summary from the author of the Bible Study series.

It was very helpful in my personal study of 1 Peter. It gave me additional insight.

I have been looking for years for a good, in-depth Bible study. This New Inductive Study Series is just what I was looking for. I love it so much I am going through the entire series and buying an extra copy of each one for my daughter.

The day we live in is getting more difficult -- just look at the news and politics. Mankind (this includes women) can only do so much and it is so very easy to slip into the thinking of the day because it feels right. Discernment is what we need --based upon the Word of God. This book is like a Bible study and is broken down into easy to read and understand sections. Questions to make you think about what you just read, what the Bible says and what you believe.

I have been a long-time participant of Precept Upon Precept Bible studies in a group setting. Those studies are no longer conducted at times I can attend, so discovery of Kay's Inductive Bible study series was wonderful. I purchased several and have started I Peter. I am having great fun and learning a lot through this method. By using the inductive method of Bible study, you discern God's message to you without the need of an intermediary to comment on or interpret His word. I highly recommend these studies.

I just started the study, but am being lead deep into the scriptures to help me understand the context of the time they lived in and how it applies to my life today. The greatness, love and compassion of out heavenly father leads us to live a holy life for Him.

This was purchased as a gift for a friend, although I have done many of Ms Arthur's studies and have found them all to be very informative. These studies guide you, but there is opening for personal interpretation (within reason).
