It genuinely works as advertised, this is the 2nd brand of Ashwaghanda I've tried that actually worked exactly as people and the companies product description claimed! I love Ashwaghanda and there's SO many bunk brands selling it with little or very poor quality ingredients, this company has excellent supplements period, I especially love their methylated B-12 and folate I think, anyway this brand is solid no matter what herb or vitamin they make, everything from them has been noticably, and significantly better when you actually feel the results you're hoping for. This one works!! It just helps you get through the days without burnout as quickly, and it really does help the quality and length of sleep (for me personally, at least) and it does seem to give you a lift of energy, or at least it puts a big dent in any fatigue you've got. Love this, will be ordering more ASAP! Thank you!

I take one in the morning and one at night. Will take one week to kick in. This product has been a lifesaver for my anxiety. I can't recommend enough. This is as far as I know the strongest on the market and the only one that works for me.

This ashwagandha contains the bioactive ingredients it purports to contain. i tried another brand first (Full Spectrum KSM-66 5% Withanolides) and experienced no improvements in workout capacity nor recovery. With this brand, both improved. It's also quite sedating; best taken p.m. However, as a woman with apparently a good receptor affinity, I also had a scary amount of hair fall out. It was quite noticeable when I showered or swiffered (or just looked down at) my hardwood floors. Worse than that, my normally peach-fuzzy light skin colored facial hair became coarse, dark and visible. I pretty much ran to the dermatologist, got bloodwork (elevated testosterone) and decided not to mess with my hormones any more. There's published research that confirms these androgenic effects. Luckily, the increased hair loss (at the crown, like male pattern baldness) stopped in 2-3 days after I quit taking these. I also stopped growing new "sideburns" and upper lip hairs, and got a laser removal device to kill the existing ones. Lesson learned: I'll do my homework form now on.

I know they say it takes weeks to feel but honestly i feel like I felt the effect within days. My stress lowered and I was able to handle situations way better. I never experienced any harshness on the stomach. I prefer to take it a couple hours before bed to get relaxed and fall asleep better.
