REVLON One Step Volumizer Hair Dryer and Styler

I’ve purchased the REVLON One-Step Volumizer twice already, and it’s been amazing every time. It dries and styles hair so quickly, leaving it smooth, shiny, and with great volume while reducing frizz. It’s easy to use and gives salon-style results at home with less heat damage. This time I bought it as a Christmas gift for my sister, and she absolutely loved it. Great quality, reliable, and perfect for all hair types. Highly recommend! 🎄✨

This is one of my favorite hair tools and something I reach for often. It has multiple heat settings, works really well, and, especially for the price, it’s a fantastic option. It makes doing a blowout at home super easy and much more affordable than salon visits. The tool adds great volume and smoothness with minimal effort, which is a big win if you don’t want to juggle a brush and a dryer. Personal thought: The round brush is a bit wide for my short hair, but it still gives great volume and results. One thing to note is that the top does detach — I’m not sure if other attachments are compatible with this specific model or not, but I would love it if they were. Overall, it’s a very user-friendly tool that delivers solid results and is easy to recommend.

If you have a bob haircut, this dryer is awesome. Anything shorter doesn’t work as well. Quick drying, has high and mid temp plus cool. Nice smoothing, adds body, easy to use. Be sure and use a heat protector like from Chi. It makes a huge difference. I took this dryer on an overseas trip and ruined it because it’s not dual voltage. I was still able to plug it in, which is how I fried it. The main downside is it’s piercingly noisy.

Very easy to assemble and use, breaks down easily to fit in a drawer. Dries hair quickly and gently, with multiple settings. Leaves my hair very smooth and shiny every time, and I haven't seen any damage/split ends yet from using it. My husband also loves using it for his beard and gets great results as well!

This is worth its weight in gold! I’ve bought one for myself, family, friends and not one negative thing about it! They obviously sell fancier/more expensive volumizer hair dryers out there but why fix what’s not broke? My hair is extremely thick so this dries it easiest when I break it up in a few sections and leaves my hair straight and smooth! I get the volume I want with the curl under to give me a salon worthy blowout every time! This thing has been used and abused so the durability, power and quality is amazing! Cord length is also perfect where it’s not too short but also not too long!!!!

Best curling brush I’ve ever used!!!! took me literally five minutes to blow dry and style. My very curly chin length hair. started on high heat had to turn it down to medium to finish because it was too hot. (Lesson learned on my part.! )I love it. It’s the only one I will ever buy or recommendfrom now on.!

I use this everyday. Good for straightening and getting rid of unruly frizz. I have naturally straight hair so it does help manage some frizz and gives me a good finish. I'm not sure how it will work with curly hair. I have my hair up to my shoulders and it works just fine. Very easy to use and can really dry your hair well. My hair is smooth after using this. It's a bit bulky so you will need a good sized bag if you wanna bring it on your trips. I have brought this with me on my past trips. The high setting can get too loud! I only use the low setting as my hair is also think but at the same time i would hear ringing in my ears if i use the high setting. It's that loud.

*updated with pics I took these pics after 3 days without washing my hair. This is how I'm able to just "refresh" my hair by slightly dampening it and drying it in sections. Please forgive the split ends; this was after over a year without so much as a trim The lady who cuts my hair recommended that I purchase something like this when I complained about all the heat styling I was having to do after I got a new job that required me to "look nice." (I went from a super casual setting with kids to an office.) She said that this would reduce the amount of heat I was using, since I'd been blow-drying and then curling/straightening my hair. Obviously this thing uses heat, but it's only one step. After reading a Buzzfeed listicle about cheap Amazon products that are "worth the hype," I purchased this. That was in fall of 2020. I'm back here in 2023, almost 2024 to order a new one. I used this thing multiple times a week for 3 years straight, and the only reason I'm buying a new one is because the bristles are so bent over from continued use/abuse, which honestly seems pretty reasonable, especially considering I often didn't really section my hair into small sections and just raked this bad boy through, like, 3 inches of wet hair when I was running late. I also was lazy about cleaning out the accumulated hair in the bristles, which contributed to the flattened bristles. Make sure you clean it out regularly! Not only is this super easy to use, but I've used this from when my hair was just below my shoulders to the length it is now, where it reaches the top of high-waisted jeans, and it's never taken more than 8 minutes to go from towel-dried hair to a beautiful, almost Jennifer Aniston-caliber blowout. The smaller you section your hair while you use it, the more sleek, voluminous, and Jennifer Aniston-y it looks, plus it will most likely make the bristles last longer. Like I said, sometimes when I'm running late, I'll just use it on thick clumps of hair, which is what I'm sure caused the bristles to eventually get flattened. I just use a scrunchie to section the top of my hair and start from the back, doing one side and then the other, clipping each finished section into one claw clip, and then move up in small sections to the top of my head until it's done. For reference, my hair is the kind of fuzzy, wavy hair that you see on TikTok videos where they say "Is my hair actually curly?" and then the person does, like, a 17 step curly girl process and then they end up with gorgeous curls or waves. So, I think that I probably have wavy/curly hair, but I would never, ever take the time or energy to do all that. So instead, I just heat-style the crap out of it. Using a regular blow-dryer would give me crazy fly-aways and I would look like I'd rubbed a balloon on the top of my head. With this product, even the tiny hairs where my hair is parted lay down. The BEST part about this product is that it totally refreshes day old (and longer) hair. I actually only wash my hair about every 4-ish days or so, and all you have to do is mist your hair with a tiny bit of water, or, if you're lazy like me, just run your hand under the faucet, and then rake your wet hand through the section you're about to dry. You hair will look just as good as it did when it was freshly washed! It somehow eliminates the greasiness - who knows, maybe it's just evaporating it and destroying my hair, but either way, it is a lifesaver for someone like me who needs to have presentable Office Hair but hates washing their hair every day. I'm actually really sad I have to order a new one, because the motor is just fine and it feels wasteful to discard it. But 3 years is more than good enough considering its cheap price and how much I love it. Anyway, you should definitely get this. I seriously spend all day just touching my hair all day, feeling like Rachel Green. I flip it over my shoulder all day long like Marcia Brady in The Brady Bunch Movie.

This brush is fabulous! I usually curl my hair on a regular basis but wanted to try something that was easy to use to be able to straighten my hair. This brush works like a charm. All I need to do is dry my hair a little bit, then use the brush to straighten it. The brush isn’t too heavy and it’s super easy to use. It has three different settings hi low and cool so you can choose what temperature you want I find the cool is great but I want to go over the hair one more time. Highly recommend.

Es un buen producto, la temperatura adecuada, no uso la máxima por que me parece demasiado caliente. Tiene buen agarre, y le da volumen y forma al cabello. Es una buen opción si no tienes tiempo para peinarlo, un par de pasadas y queda arreglado tu cabello. Es una buena compra.
