Excellent knife. Very well balanced and extremely sharp out of the box.
This is a beautifully balanced knife. The weight distribution is excellent, making it comfortable for extended chopping. BE CAREFUL This knife is insanely sharp So do not apply the same amount of pressure as you would with a low end knife. If you ever buy this knife, do a paper test Take a normal knife in your home And place it on the edge of the paper and apply low pressure to cut it It probably won't cut Then use this knife It will show you how sharp it is This is extremely lightweight too Great for cutting and design vegetables and fruits for culinary arts.
