I’ve tried several 40% urea creams before, but this brand has honestly become my favorite. I first bought the stick balm and it worked so well that I’m already on my second one. It’s incredibly effective — I was dealing with cracked heels, and within about three days the dryness and cracks were completely gone. The results were fast and noticeable. I also decided to try the jar version, and while it’s good, the stick balm is much better in my opinion. It’s easier to apply, mess-free, and works beautifully on heels, elbows, legs, and any dry patches. The texture absorbs nicely and leaves the skin soft and smooth. Super highly recommended — especially the stick version. It’s a lifesaver for dry or cracked skin.

I have tried SO many different heel balms and lotions to try to cure my rough heels during the winter season. I used to only go get pedicures to remove the dead skin but cannot fathom spending 80+ for a pedicure. I saw someone post about this product on TikTok recently and I am so thankful I tried it. It cleared up my rough heels in only 2 uses! Baby soft skin with no flaking. It is definitely thick, but it absorbs quickly. Will forever rave about this product now.

This cream is wonderful and works on dry, calloused skin on hands and feet very quickly. I use it nightly and am very pleased with results. I’ve used other product which were gels. This is so much easier, no mess. I will buy again. My podiatrist recommended that I use any product with 40% urea.

So far I'm very impressed this cream really has worked on my dry heels my feet feel so soft it feels weird on my hands but it works my hands aren't as dry I wash my hands at least 100X A day if not more so it really hasn't helped a whole lot on my hands but my feet ty

This is great to smooth rough heels and calluses on feet. Dermatologist recommended and they were right. Effective product. I use it before bedtime and wear with socks. It’s thick and does not dry quickly so best to use overnight.

It's been super dry here and I bought this mainly for my heels to use at night. I've been putting it on before bed, layering Vaseline over it, and sleeping in cotton socks, and after about a week my feet are so soft. I started using it on my hands too and it's helped a lot with dryness and cracking. It is a little tacky feeling, so I wouldn't use it during the day on my hands. But overnight it works really well and the results are worth it. I also like that it does not have a scent. If you're dealing with very dry feet or hands, this definitely does the job.

This product is amazing, it works if you follow instructions and use it after a shower. I put on socks and let it soak in, feet look amazing no dry heels in sight

At 40% urea I thought this cream would solve my severely cracked heels, but unfortunately it did not. The product may or may not contain 40% urea, but it was very thin in consistency. Other high quality and high percentage urea lotions I have used that are specifically made for feet usually have a thicker consistency. I think this is the reason it wasn't as effective. I am giving it 3 stars (instead of 2 or lower) is because it "migh" have worked. The reason I say "might" is that I also applied Aquaphor healing ointment on top of this urea cream and then a sock on top of that. After 4 days I finally felt some relief from a deep heel crack that was causing a lot of pain.

This cream is magic. My feet never looked better and that only after 2 uses. The package is quite small so its an expensive cream. But definitely worth it.

Die Creme wirkt super gegen trockene Haut. Ich habe schon immer das Problem mit sehr trockener Haut an den Ellbogen und diese Creme ist nach vielen Jahren Suche die beste, die ich je hatte. Sie ist von der Konsistenz her leicht und zieht schnell ein, die Wirkung spürt man sofort. Der Geruch ist angenehm und sehr zart, keine allergischen Reaktionen an den Händen. Ich benutze die Creme seit einer Woche 1-2 x täglich und die trockenen Stellen am Ellbogen sind viel besser geworden. Preis ist auch okay, weil die Creme sehr ergiebig ist. Ich werde keine andere Creme mehr verwenden und bin restlos begeistert, weil ich ehrlich gesagt, nicht viel erwartet habe.
