This has helped so much just this past cycle wirh mood, energy, sleep, and symptoms during my luteal and first week symptoms. I have been having some symptoms get annoying the older I get but I am not perimeno yet despite my age. But just annoying luteal and first week symptoms, and I don't like 3 weeks of suck. So I read how pregnonelone is a master of creating the right hor ones when needed, so I felt that would be what I needed to try, and I found 10mg the ideal dose to start. It is effective by taking it daily, I have found. It made things so much better this past cycle so I imagine it keeps getting better with more cycles. It's easy to swallow, easy to remember to take (every morning!) and it just helps me feel better overall. I had been taking bioidentical progesterone topically before this during my luteal phase and also sometimes red maca during either luteal and first week or just first week, but now I find just pregnonelone works great on its own and the others can be added only if needed on rough days and not the whole time. Red maca does help me the first week as I do suffer withdrawal from estrogen, progesterone, and all those hormones that just drop dead suddenly and I get insomnia and some symptoms that feel shockingly like withdrawal. Anyway I'm trying to fix that, and this is the start of that journey for ME. Very nice, highly recommend.

Good quality, I believe it boosted my energy levels. Pills have no taste but they are pretty huge. Suggested to take them with food.

I hardly ever write reviews but I heard about this supplement on tiktok and have been struggling alot with perimenopause symtoms such as fatigue, loss of focus, extreme irritability, crying for no reason and many others. After a week of taking one a day I can honestly say I feel a huge difference. I do hair and have had the best focus and patience with my clients, an overall better feeling in general and my emotions seem to be in check. So glad I gave this a try!! Im only 43 so I started with a low dose and it seems to be just enough for me.

If you do not understand this compound then don't use it. Pregnenolone is the mother of all hormones and is illegal in Canada, Australia, European and Asian countries. This is only for people who are deficient in pregnenolone. I am all about taking things without talking to my doctor but you REALLY should talk to your doctor first. An example of consequences is a one-star review by a lady who posted pictures of her hair falling out. She clearly pushed her pregnenolone to supraphysiological levels, resulting in too much testosterone, resulting in too much DHT conversion. DHT causes hair loss in anyone with the MPB(male pattern baldness) gene. Yes, even women have that gene. Women typically just don't have enough DHT to lose hair. You're supposed to get blood work to determine if you have a deficiency. Be smart. Good luck.
