I love astaxanthin and I love this brand. People know things a mild internal sunscreen and antioxidant, but most don’t know what it can do for your skin texture! I get PRP injections every 4 months (I have a couple small acne scars I’m working on) and I have to stop supplements about 12 days prior. Well, let me tell you, those little acne scars are significantly more noticeable after about 5-7 days of being off this supplement! I notice this EACH TIME! When I go back on, a week or so later, the texture is better- not perfect - but better! There’s no taste. They are high quality and I believe this brand is the biggest bang for your buck!

ソフトカプセルで飲みやすいです 大きさは小豆2つ分ぐらい

前は12mg摂取だったので、いまは朝晩食事の後に1錠づつ飲んでます。 脂溶性なので食後が良く、一日の摂取量は6mg〜12mgだそうです。 あまり効果を確認しにくいサプリと思いますが、私は飲み続けようと思ってます。ある時に歳の割に若いねー、とか言われたら最高です。
