We just adopted a dog recovering from heartworms/treatment, and I chose these to help her improve her heart function. I also gave it to my senior dog with a slight heart murmur. It's so nice to have a supplement that I can provide to them that will help preserve their state of health.

Supplement is helping my dog health.

So far so good. My dog has been on this about 3 weeks and she seems great. I have her on vetmedin and enalapril as well for early heart failure. Her activity is about the same but she is quite possibly more energetic. No stomach upset, loss of appetite, etc. I hope this continues to help. Shipping was timely and packaged and sealed properly.

Our dog has a heart problem (irregular heartbeat). After expensive heart meds our vet gradually weaned her off meds and onto 4 capsules of Formila CV. She is doing great months later with no more episodes. This is a miracle product for pets!! Our dog who the vet described as having a serious heart condition and suggested we treat each day as a gift, has now been on Formula CV for TWO YEARS and in that time has only had 2 minor episodes. We have reduced her dosage to 2 capsules each day and she is doing great! A real MIRACLE given her diagnoisis!

I have had 2 (90) day bottles before ordering these. The consistency seems different. I believe the others were out of date expired .

Capsule form works well, just stick it in food

We have a 12.5 year old Doberman who is 75 lbs. She is aged but in good condition and the holistic vet put her on this for her heart. Her numbers so far are staying at 900 which means that she has not crossed over into true heart trouble but is at the top of the range for her heart being healthy. The vet basically said this and a few other supplements would help her to stay at that number and slow the progression toward disease. So bascially we are giving the hear some good stuff that helps it to work just a bit better and longer. Good stuff.

no it does not work what a waste of money. can't return item. even if you are prime memberI'm going to tell u what worked for my dog. my dog has an enlarge heart and heart murmur the vet said level 4. this is what I did: I changed his food I make it myself because there is no food in the market that does not have some salt in it by law they have to. i give him 3/4 tsp of a mix of l-carnite and taurine twice a day. one capsule of l-arginine once a day 1000mg. Hawthorne extract and dandelion extract twice a day a day. one capsule of cod liver oil a day (this is for nutrition and to open his appetite since he don't want to eat much this helps) and one capsule of Spirulina. all of if is human graded. I seem in 2 days a huge differences his not coughing as much if any and his breathing is more calm. I can say that is about an 80 percent improvement. now this is my experience and I'm telling this so if someone is desperate like I was has an idea. read about it and inform yourself. to get to this took me couple months since April when he was diagnosed. and of cousrse prayers (rosary). I don't want to lose my dog not now not yet I don't want him to suffer. NOW THIS IS MY EXPERIENCE AND IT WORKED. good luck and GOD bless you. hope this help someone. p.s. This is my 3rd bottle of these vitamins. They are for my 2 cavaliers .one with a heart murmer .hoping that the condition stabalizes for the time .wont really know till next specialis visit .

Half the price of buying at the vets !! Great product.
