Great fitting gasket.
The factory gasket comes riveted to the pan, and the ACDelco gasket is exactly the same. It has the 2 small holes for your new rivets. Once the old one is drilled out and cleaned, just re-rivet the new one on. This keeps you from having to float the gasket as you reinstall the pan. It was easy and no leaks, thank you. You have the option, you don't have to rivet the new one on but it makes it much easier and keeps it in place while you re-bolt it up.
