Am using it for nine months and it has survived. I was told that they last for only nine months. I should have got a smaller size as the sides touch the wheels of my wheelchair at times and I have to adjust the cushion

Makes a huge difference for my loved one in a wheelchair all the time

I was hesitant to pay the price but we used it in my husbands wheelchair to go to the doctor office and this was the first time that we made a trip and got back home without him hurting. Usually by the time we got to the doctor office he was in pain already and by the time we got home he was nearly in tears and had to take a pain pill. Great product that really did work for him.

This was purchased for our son who is paralyzed from the waist down. His physical therapist said this was the best product for him and others that spend time in a wheel chair. The size was perfect and it was easy to pump up. So far he says it is working good. I had read up on the cushion also and ALL the reviews were 5 Star. A little pricey, but if it does the job it is well worth it.

I am 90, wheelchair bound & retired physician. I initially cringed at the cost of this cushion but from the first day it reduced my pain on sitting and over 3-4 days my caregiver wife saw clear improvement in the lesions on both sides of my bottom. I attempt to sleep (poorly) in a recliner and, again, the ROHO has really made a big difference. I was persistantly getting worse before I bought this cushion - even would good wound care. As an experience physician I cringe at all the adds on the internet promoting a "miracle" cure - but if you have marked limitation in mobility and have lesions from sitting, get the ROHO.
