Hope the capsules powder is the same as the regular extract powder, which i have tried and is very useful.

This is a product I keep purchasing. I’ve waited to review these capsules because it takes a while for anything you take to take effect. I have been using these for about 3 months now and can say that it’s helped with my mood, has improved my immunity and given me a little more energy. Personally I don’t believe they have any taste. The size isn’t anything too big, and is easy to swallow. I will continue getting these in the future.
