Very convenient and 1,000 times better than pesticide
Ahhhh, I wish I had just switched to predatory mites long ago. I have an indoor garden with some fairly unusual plants and I recently discovered mites again after believing they had been gone for over a year. The thought of treating every single plant with some kind of spray again completely overwhelmed me. So I asked a few friend for recommendations for predatory insects and then discovered this company. First, this company offers quite a wide variety of predatory insects for whatever you might need them for. I have always felt capable of managing any other kind of pest, but mites were forever the thorn in my side. You NEVER know if they’re gone. In fact, I got rid of an awesome collection of marantaceae because they seem to be a favorite snack among the spider mite community and I just couldn’t tolerate it anymore. So cut to my first order of these sachets of mites. One of the plants I had discovered some webbing on was a pretty full pot of Global Green. Certainly not the most prized plant, but it’s pretty and I like it. So I hung two sachets in that plant and even though it says you don’t have to, I kind of tore open the sachet a little bit because I wanted to make sure my little predator friends could make it out. 4 weeks later and this plant now looks phenomenal! Every vine has perked up and there is vigorous new growth with big, gorgeous leaves. Every single one of my plants now has some new friends to fend off the enemy (well, actually to *eat* the enemy). The moral of the story is that one should, hell-for-leather, give up their routine of spending the time spraying your plants with whatever. Instead, but some of these sachets, OPEN THEM RIGHT AWAY, at full tilt hang them on your plants, and then go do something you’d rather be doing like have a picnic, binge watch Netflix, or hang out with your favorite person. Not only will you save time, but you’ll save $ in the long run, too.

Alive and Active
Good product and good company, I have used them a few times now for different products and have received positive results each time. If you are having issues with this product recommend ensuring you have the appropriate temp and humidity in your plants environment for them to work.

Non beneficial
2 weeks after hanging satchels (15) I have a full on infestation. Plants that have satchel are infested.

Good, speedy shipping, live mites on arrival!
Arrived faster than expected in very good packaging, ice packs were still cold. Was able to see quite a few little mites moving about as I applied them (mostly was able to see them on the bottle). Hoping for good outcome for thrips infestation on my houseplants, and will provide an update. I wasn't entirely sure whether it was best to apply to leaves or to the soil. Really nice to know that I am not hurting my cats with pesticides! Edit: a few weeks later (10/29/2025) -- I can still see active mites on my plants. Unfortunately I am still seeing some thrips, but I think this is just part of a larger battle. I don't blame the mites -- I think I maybe needed to go in with more. Nice to see the mites are moving around and doing well though! And my family who did not believe that I should purchase 10,000 additional bugs to wage war on the first bugs I found now believes me - my space is not overrun by bugs, they are just my plant's friends.

Hungry helpers
They arrived looking hungry lol had a spider mite outbreak in my plant room and my green house. I like to imagine their tiny screams as the predator mites devour them. Hopefully i wont have to buy again 🤞🏻🤞🏻 but definitely recommend and will buy again if ever have this problem again

Great predatory mite for preventing outbreaks
First batch showed no movement after a few days. I used a micro camera lens for my phone and saw nothing moving. I contacted the company and said I’d wait a few more days but doubted they were all alive. The others in the order were zooming around like crazy, but not even a sign of feeder mites. After a full week there was still movement so they had me send them back using a prepaid label, while they got a new batch ready to ship. The new ones arrived a few days later and they are most definitely alive! I can see some on the packets and some have moved onto the plants. I’m using these as a preventative and also started some breeding cultures that have been doing very well so far, thanks to a gal on YouTube that goes over the process and has a discord for more help. Having a healthy batch was the most important thing. These definitely are! I’m not sure if they have been eating anything on the plants since I don’t think there’s much for them to kill. I’ve used these in the past and they’ve done great at killing mites and controlling thrips. The hanging pouches are much easier than using the cans, which are best for active infestations. Keep in mind you can’t use any pesticides at least a few weeks before adding these and as long as they are active. When I had spider mites I used a spray for mites, waited 3 weeks then set these loose. Haven’t seen any since. They are worth the money to keep my plants healthy without the need for more chemicals. I’m hopeful that breeding them will allow me to go longer between purchases, but it’s not going to be enough for all my plants. Really I should have used 20-25 of these but couldn’t swing that. Overall I’m very happy with these and glad they arrived active the second time around! Highly recommend all predatory mites and other critters from these guys.
