Not only is this product free of fragrance, it's soothing and moisturizing. Fine blend of ingredients tames any post-shave trauma and leaves the face feeling calm and nourished. Not gooped up, not dried out, and best of all, not smelling all frou-frou. Scented aftershaves are annoyingly cloying. I can't stand them, and neither can my wife, who's very sensitive to fragrance. Even some high-end aftershaves from other natural-products makers smell like veggie smoothies from Jamba Juice. Not so the PhL After Shave Lotion. This one is truly fragrance-free. A real find. I like the airless pump bottle as well: One push dispenses just the right amount of lotion to spread on face and neck. Update aftter about five months: Still like the product very much, but you can't tell when it's getting low. It just stops pumping. Maybe peekabooo packaging would help. For now, I'll order a backup so that I don't run out.

I was sort of surprised by this product. In my earlier days I used after-shave lotions that were scented and finally my allergic nose won't let me do that any more! I would splash it on generously and feel the burn! This is not anywhere the size of those products... its just a small bottle. BUT... a little goes a long way and the relief from my irritated skin is immediate. One press press of the pump covers my whole neck. (I have a full beard, but shave only to the jawline.) Old guy wrinkly neck skin is irritated to bleeding easily by a rotary shaver! Growing old is not for the faint of heart! ;-} Great product!

This is an absolutely WONDERFUL aftershave. I have tried just about every "fragrance-free" and "unscented" product on the market, and they have ALL had some sort of scent - and that's not just unpleasant, but downright painful when fragrances trigger migraines. This aftershave is TRULY fragrance-free - I was delighted to see some "truth in advertising" for a change!! And on top of the issue with the scent, this really is a fantastic aftershave - no razor burn at all, and my skin feels great after using this. I used it twice, and was so impressed that I came back to buy more!! Since that time, I've used it at least a dozen times, and always feel refreshed after using it. As if I needed another reason to love this product, the customer service is EXCELLENT - truly personal, one-on-one communications, not just a form letter. I am VERY happy with this aftershave, as well as the company that makes it. If you have problems with fragrances in aftershaves like I do, I would highly recommend giving this one a try - you won't regret it!! A terrific price, too - well worth every single penny!!

So far the no scent is working well. Had to switch to this kind of aftershave due to my spouse's allergies. Apon application I can feel it working but at times I have to put a little more in the morning.

I consider myself to being a shaving connoisseur, using many different types of razors (straight, safety, and modern) as well as a range of shaving soaps and creams, from the known (Taylor of Old Bond Street, Proraso, etc) to the less known. I only say this because I want to provide a candid review that is based on *some* experience in the market Aftershave is a peculiar thing, because one can have either stinging alcohol-based aftershave (oilier, less-sensitive skin) or a moisturizing alcohol-free balm (drier, sensitive skin). I have combination skin, so I dabble in both. Also, my forehead tends to be oily whereas my cheeks tend to be dry. This aftershave is really quite perfect for those with sensitive skin. It leaves a very fresh and moisturized palate, leaving your skin soft and supple. The best part is that it has safe natural products. Of course, you’re here because you want a natural, scent free aftershave. And voila both you and I have found it. It’s perfect for those days you want to wear a cologne, or remain unscented because someone in your family is sensitive to scents. Tl;dr - it’s the best unscented, natural, and non-alcoholic aftershave I’ve used.

Finally, a after shave lotion that that provides soothing relief after a close shave. My skin isn't smooth, so getting a close shave can be rough. PHL Naturals worked great. It provided relief from the razor burn and wasn't greasy or pore plugging. Liked it so much that I ordered another right away.

It is odorless, which is exactly what I wanted. It is really small, but it seems to require very little to use and thus the price per 'application' might be reasonable. The negative for me is a 'doh!' - it's a lotion. I was expecting more of a 'wash' that would be refreshing to apply. It does say "lotion". This feels like a typical skin lotion. If that's what you want, then 5-stars. The dosing is about right - one squirt.
