The product seems good and sturdy. I love the vibration intensity, it is neither too intense or too feeble for my face. I feel relaxed after using it for the first time as I just got the product today. I am looking forward to the positive changes it will bring me. So far, so good. Let's see. I bought this product, within 1 month started malfunctioning...the product is not functioning properly..to be precise its not functioning at all., not vibrating even swapping with new batteries..Highly disappointed and dissatisfied..longevity of the product got over just in 3rd time usage??

The product itself seems fine, but I’m a bit disappointed with the warranty registration process. I tried multiple times to register through the QR code and also directly through the website, but it keeps showing an error or invalid message. Because of this issue, I’m unable to extend my warranty period. I hope the company improves their website or provides better support for warranty registration
